it is very pity that when ever police or even CBI catches an alleged criminal or terrorist they give statements in such a way that the culprits will be punished in nomore time. but unfortunately the cases drag for number of years and subsequently nothing will come out.it should be ensured that the investigating agencies should not make public announcements without ensuring fully that the case is having concrete proof and it wiil end with conviction. if any failed to bring the case to conviction he should be asked to explain for his failure and if his explanation is not satisfactory he should be severly punished.this type of pressure may bring the laxity in investigationa change and investigating officers may not yield to the pressures and material benfits.

avyaktam--unmanifest, transcendental to matter, that which lacks body and Karmic effects; vyaktim--Manifest or refers to human beings or living beings with body; apannam--has become; manyante--think; mam--of Me; abuddhayah--Unintelligent persons; param--supreme; bhavam--state of being; ajanantah--without knowing; mama--My; avyayam--imperishable; anuttamam--Unsurpassable.
The word vyaktim=created living being and not just visible manifestation. Unintelligent people think of me, the unmanifest(transcendental to all matter), as having become created living being, without knowing My imperishable and unsurpassable state of being. Shri Krushna already is visible to human beings. Hence the abuddhayah=Unintelligent persons who sees this visible form think that the visible Shri Krushna has become human being, with a material body without knowing that HIS form or RUPA is imperishable and unsurpassable. This is what the verse says.

Dont make sweeping statements, Arabs themselves refers that as "hind" numbers.It is because of heavy usage of Arabs in their mathematics, system was called Arab numbers.. One that will not stretch his hand in friendship and the other that will not take a hand that was stretched in friendship. I grew up in 70s. looking back I had a lot of friends and never for a moment then did it matter who was Muslim , who was Christian , who was Hindu , who was Schedule Caste and who was Brahmin. But today we know all the religious and caste denomintions and sadly there are no friends . Secularism a state of mind ! If the Indian mind is secular Modi or Madani , the RSS or SIMI will all remain irrelevent.
