it is very pity that when ever police or even CBI catches an alleged criminal or terrorist they give statements in such a way that the culprits will be punished in nomore time. but unfortunately the cases drag for number of years and subsequently nothing will come out.it should be ensured that the investigating agencies should not make public announcements without ensuring fully that the case is having concrete proof and it wiil end with conviction. if any failed to bring the case to conviction he should be asked to explain for his failure and if his explanation is not satisfactory he should be severly punished.this type of pressure may bring the laxity in investigationa change and investigating officers may not yield to the pressures and material benfits.
