Yes all smugglers and mafia dons, ministers, bootleggers, corrupt government officers and all such assorted boot-lickers send their children to such schools.
They pay the monstrous fees to "keep up with the Jonejas"
And Chaman all Muslims are not bad so please don't say such things. This way you will force even the good Muslims to become bad.

Very sad event.Till now we heard about quarrels among higher classes in colleges. Now if this comes to schools the situation is going from bad to worst. The students who shot the boy should be punished and not let off under some act or pressure from some influential source.

He is a kid correct him so he will not become a big criminal when grow up. Give him concealing etc. You can not simply punish a 13 year old but can try to correct him.
Shocking! This shows kids now-a-days need good culture, guidance and care which parents are unable to provide due to fast paced life. The obvious example - lot of unemployed people take to voilence (activist and terrorist). It is high time we know importance of the Mahatma who served independence to us. And yes, please keep your weapons out of children's reach. It's good that every Indian should have a licence to carry guns or else these cases will occur regularly.

How come it is the "TOTAL" responsibility of the school Management?
If children of smugglers and mafia dons go to that school should the principal become a Vinoba Bhave and first correct the parent or should the principle be teaching the children.
Brother, It was is and will always be the parent s responsibilty first and last.

Dr. Sanjay
Raja ka beta Raja, mochi ka beta mochi ended about 100 years back. It is the responsibility of the people who did it and of the people who let them have access to weapons that can inflict fatality (it happens to be the parents in this case, but it could just as well have been the neighbours).
If a smuggler's son becomes a smuggler, it is his decision, not a neccessity.
The government and so-called govt. employees middle class people's (upar ki kamai khane waale) promoted private schools as heavens of modern india should all be blamed. Our Govt. is apathetic. We are a shame to humanity we the middle class. This is bound to happen.
who love to live in teh states and then bad mouth america ,gun viloence etc etc ,let this be a lesson maniacs r every where in da world but america is still a beautiful country to live in

don't forget u are an indian, ran away to america (built on the iraqi graveward) after shrugging off yr responsibility towards yr country. don't worry time is not too far off when people will queue up in their countries to come to india.

Yes Lond live and all (whatever that means), but a minor correction, the Iraqi graveyard is not what the US was built on, if anything it is what is making it crumble.
It was built on freedom, to do what you like, on tolerance, to accept people of all languages, faiths and religions, equality - in labour, in your pedigree, it didnt matter if your father was a maharaja or a sewage cleaner, you could still aspire for the nobel prize. Don't go around bad mouthing others. If we are good, it does not automagically mean others are bad. India was a great country, and will be one again. America was a great country and if they correct things, they can stay that way.

ya i agree with u tday educated are the ones who are committing most of the crimes. In short educated beasts. Its the culture tht the parents are born in and its the same ugly culture that thy r passing on to their children.
Its common to see materialisticaly successful parents doting on their children. I too do it. But I am seriously scared after reading this. If THIS is what children turn into due to over-pampering and if THIS is what a child CAN do... I would rather ensure my son is kept under control the "Indian" way rather than the "western" way....
Its really shocking to read that a child steals his fathers weapon (dont blame the father because if the child can steal it, he can do it irrespective of wherever the father would have kept it... it was just a matter of time) and then hides it in his school and when opportunity presents.. kills another child... shows the extent of planning this child did to ensure that he ended up butchering someone....
Is this the beginning of America's child killer syndrome repeating itself in India.????
RE:Love your child... But dont let him turn into a demon.
by Anshu S on Dec 11, 2007 10:15 PM Permalink
America's child killer syndrome? Did you pull that term out of somewhere dark and smelly, or does it have a definition too?
For all of you out here who are going to say it is western inspired - - In every case in the "West", school shootings have been because the child has been neglected and they wanted to get noticed, it was a cry for help. They shot innocents and finally killed themselves - This is a very Indian as some other poster said "aukaad" thing, with kids given more attention and liberty than was due to them. It was a ego thing that they wanted to settle.
Things like this have been happening for 100s of years in India, we dont need any western support. When Salman Khan shot the black bucks or when the BMW ran over the people, it was not western inspired, it was based in the confidence that you could do what you want and get away with it. It is based on the Raja-Praja mentality in India where one class of people thinks they rule over the other and that they can get away with anything. They want their kids to inherit their rights and they are pampered and brought up like princes. I cannot see any western influence to it, other than the fact that it involved a gun and a 14 year old, which has no correlation really.

It is Ms. Anshu. And while I do agree with you on this, sometimes it is religious too. But yeah, I agree, if the shooters were muslims, we would have a whole different angle on the comments in here.
