These guys don't even ready to work if they offered job. They just want earn money without hardwork. Only Hardwork they do in robbing other peoples money is they practice running. Give them opportunity for a run in olympics, they can get a Gold medal for India.

Bihar and UP is also one integral part of india.Instead of criticizing and making mockery of our own state we should suggest some creative plans and strategy to this. People often blam bihari's and lalu for these things but dont see the root cause. Mind it this is the best tenure of indian railway in terms of benefit or facilities or trading which is ruled by one bihari only. So refrain blaming people on regional basis.Also 90% of robberies are not made to the police complain books so you can't say that this is a real picture. Dont blame the bihari's on regional terms go and see how people behave with you if you are not from south in Chennai or non bengali visiting kokata,hindi speaking in assam... blah blah......

I agree with Shashi as removing root cause is important & not blaming. Also many cases are not registered as T.C.s & Railway police persons are involved & running this rackets. I heard recently about this as my room partners luggage was robbed during night in train while coming from up to pune. After complaining nothing was happaned. So what v can say about the culprit system & administration politicians.

My suggestion:
We need to change attitude of people at all places. Best way i believe is, think about others after you are done with your family. Dont expect a favour back from the help served to them. Create human value, Moral values for every action. Many things can be achieved by peace by a good being.

Ashok, i appreciate your thoughts of moving people in good direction.
Even after supporting your views, i am sorry to say that personally i had seen many of the BIHARIS working as barbers etc looking at females like dogs watching the flesh hanging on the shop. I hate that. They are a nuisance for Mumbai culture.
In delhi i had seen even educated people turning around to looking at females private parts. IN mumbai, you will not see such abusive behavior. It is only these barbers etc sitting outside shops create problem

Do u beleive that all the wrong incidents happens with gals/women in diffenernt part of our country are done by one a group or state of people. For example if u take the delhi it self.. higest rape caser are reported every year.. do u have any evidence to prove that one state people do all this? then why do u say about provate part of women and bihari.. it may be due to fact that u are living in bihari populated area and ur mind is occupied with such incidents..
u think about the Lage raho munna bhai -- in which Sanjay datta is pre occupeid with few fact of mahatma gandhi and he is only able to answer that..but when he was asked to answer out side his knowledge then he was silent... it could be the right explanation for ur knowledge.. grow up with open mind..

India facing biggest challenge..like insecurity..ie happening in Delhi ..Mumbai..all places where Up & Bihari criminal can perform well...south they can't becos of lang problem... I think educated communities in both state needs to do some thing good for the poor/rich criminals...otherwise ist a big headache..for anotehr 100 yrs.

Bihar & UP is part of our country. So people should come forward to help rather than critisizing . I think no one these days love the country anymore. India is now divided in religion, caste, subcaste and etc. etc. What British Raj couldn't have done in 200 years , some politician have done it successfully. We need spread the love to unite the nation.

49% on all 26 other states and 6 union territories put together. Cant you understand the basic stats?
This not a fault of the govt., it has more to do with the breakdown in moral values and ethics. Collapse of a society. No govt. will be able to change the sitation unless the people themselves want to change. Bihar and UP are just like Nigeria. Illiterate, poor and without any ethics.
Sorry, but this is the fact. If the society starts thinking that money made in whatever ways is okay, this the what it is going to look like.
these all things are happening due to unemployment in these states and also lack of development specially in Bihar. If these people get employment, may be possible this figure fall down.
last year on a particular railway section there were 3-4 case of loot happened, then govt have given shoot at sight order, and suddenly it stops, i think this is only solution.

Boss, The tragedy is that the Armed railway police Harasses innocent passengers everyday in eastern UP and Bihar, its easy to deal with the robbers than to deals with these Railway Armed forces, and in case of crisis such as Maoist attacks you cannot see any Railway police in the vicinity, they are useless and are a threat to innocent passengers.

What's wrong with what he said ? Can anybody here prove that UP and Bihar are not the most backward states in India ? Is it wrong to state the facts ? The two states and the other BIMARU states like Madhya Pradesh,Rajasthan,Jharkhand,Uttaranchal are the most backward in every category.

UP people are far better than Biharis thats for sure. If you evaluate he migrant from both states to other states, UP contribute to more educated and cultured people compared to the illiterate and uncultured lot from BIHAR.
There are decent and good people from Bihar coming into other states, but majority are a pain for the peaceful society.
