Bihar & UP is part of our country. So people should come forward to help rather than critisizing . I think no one these days love the country anymore. India is now divided in religion, caste, subcaste and etc. etc. What British Raj couldn't have done in 200 years , some politician have done it successfully. We need spread the love to unite the nation.
