If Bihar alone made a record of rebery in the country composed of 25 states, the why Media is saying Laloo has done great for the Railways ? Just appeasing Laloo some media tried to loot country's resource. Laloo is the man made Bihar a begar state which is enriched most in the country. Laloo is the man which made Bihar a state of robery which he started in his own personal early life. Laloo is a man made Bihar (a mineral and mine rich state) a dump state. Then think, how such a man came to railways to make it profitable suddenly ! I believe there are few very good and active officers who planned for the goodness of Railways to make it profitable. That is what happened. Laloo had nothing to do and did nothing for that. Even Laloo can make Railways a begger-ways if he had full power like what he made Bihar a begger state in his tennure.
I don't want to go into statistcs and other rubbish. Some stringent action against the lazy and useless officers of Indian Railways, Railway Police and State Police is taken whenever any robbery occurs. Definitely such move will improve policing in trains, railway stations and robbers and would be robbers will have fear. Such cases must be tried in special courts for fast justice. However, there should be some form of protection for innocent people who were picked up by police, not to get harrassed. Previously when robberies occurred in S.C.Railway, RPF has done policing in every train and suspects were shot. Gradually the robberies vanished. But different type i.e. highly intelligent type, giving adultarated biscuits and lotting the passengers is on the rise in S.C.Railway.

The present media has gone total uncontrolled and uncultured with yellow journalism plaguing it. It's not liek that crime happen only in Bihar and UP, but they exclusively report the with Bihar and UP if it happens there. Be it any negative thing. This is prejudice being done constantly. There are also thousands of good news from these regions which in fact entire India should take lesson from, the way Mr. Nitish Kumar is carrying on his governance to improve things in Bihar is more discussable and applausable than our PMs style of woring at centre! But no! They will keep on reciting UP BIhar UP Bihar just to shadow their own sins even if Bihar UP improves! Otherweise Rape and road rages is highest in Delhi, Anti-national religionist/regionalist feelings are much higheer in Maharastra than Bihar, more farmers are doing suicide in Maharastra Karnataka, Kerala and AP evena fter gettign all benefits from centre while Bihari farmers get nothing and are forced to fight for even basic things in the shadow of annual floods which destroyes everything every year and central government did not feel to do anything for thsi for past 100 years...otherwise they too would be as rich as any other state. You guys bark here but can't even imagine to lead such life for which 100% central government's apathy is responsible. If you have problems from UP and Bihar talk to the central government which is soul responsible for this all due to their biased attitude.

Why are you blaming the central government as if they are somebody else ? Most of the IAS,IPS,the corrupt MPs,Ministers are from UP and Bihar. Why arent they doing anything for their states ? The problem is that people from those states seem to be selfish. I dont see any reason why you should complain UP and Bihar not getting any assistance as the people who provide help are mostly from those states. Also most of the budget allocated for these states is eaten up by the corrupt politicians in your own states itself. Another thing,do you know the revenue generated by states like Maharashtra,Gujarat,TN,Kerala, Karnataka,AP are shared among other under developed BIMARU states ? Look at yourself before you start pointing fingers.

-Farmers of western UP, Punjab and Haryana are given subsidies even on electricity but why not for Bihari farmers? - Why not dams were built to stop annual floods in Bihar, which totally falls in the jurisdiction of central government? - This year Biahr governemtn had made record number of roads, bridges and schools there, all of which got destroyed in flood, and even small girl children were forced to do prostitution to get bread. Prime minister did not visit even for 1 hour there to meet them and gave mockery of assostance amount of few rupees which Biahr government surpassed! What central government did? How can you expect honesty and civilization from people who are not being given even basic facilities? 6000 cr rupees project has been passed by Bihar state government but industries are nto coming why? Your central government is not helping the state government to get power plants to meet industrialization just becuase both are different political parties! - What do you expect from a boy who is forced to do robberies and crime to run family becuase his school and home is every year devatsed by flood and your central governemnt does not give a damn? - Why Bihar has not been alloted even 0.01% of total central institutions of entire India while it should be given at least 5%? The reply is the same as before. Funds are allocated for Bihar but only thing is that there is no mechanism to see to it that this money is properly utilised for developmental activity. There is too much of corruption and hence the local level politicians are robbing the money that is intended for infrastructure,education, health care etc. Blame your local level politicians,not the centre. TN is a thousand miles away from the Centre,they dont depend on the centre for everything but look at the progress they achieved. I'm not saying there are no problems in other states but some progress is achieved every year unlike Bihar and UP which is getting worse,aleast according to news reports.
As per the datas MP comes fourth rank beacause all the incident of roberry is mostly done near UP& MP Border. Thanks & courtsey to Uttarpradesh ( uttam Pradesh)

Have you ever seen people moving with arms(that too illegal, not licenced) in B'lore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkatta, even in delhi? No, because we fear of police, we fear of law. Yes I have seen at these places too. But you tell me ahve you seen prostitutes lining up roads in Bihar which happens in B'lore, Mumbai , Kolkata and Delhi? Don't talk about Delhi, it is rape capital and rape is done in broad daylight and that too in moving bus and cars, it's the place where professorers murderd in university is highest and how students pass exams in delhi university is well known to all insiders! Open show of arms is distant thing, open physical and racial abuse, which is a crime, is done there. You talk abotu chennai which ahs become the biggest anti-national place after western UP where quarrel and fight happens on every matter and largest regional and religional based bais is observed in every corner, Hindi is painted with black colors in railways, tel me if any Tamilian in beaten in Delhi or Bihar or humiliated like Hindis are done in Chennai! Mr. Murli, Give statistics for all what you claim. No north indians get beaten up in Chennai or Bangalore unless they are involved in some crime. Do you know the crime rate is going high due to the heavy influx of north indians in Bangalore and utter indiscipline in roads. I have myself seen it. Once I was travelling in a BMTC bus. A group of north indians probably from UP or Bihar were occupying ladies' seats. When asked to leave the seats for ladies, they started quarrelling in Hindi and even assaulted few women passengers. This is the height of indiscipline. Now what do you say?.
