What about their leader?
by Raj Bhardwaj on Dec 06, 2007 04:40 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The pity is that their leader has not been punished, and will never be punished for any crime, even the most heinous ones.
I am also reminded of a crime in the same Tamil Nadu, in which a goonda was hired to throw acid on a lady government official. No one was punished for it.

The lady was Chandralekha, an IAS officer and the goonda was hired by Jayalalitha's ADMK to throw acid on her.
Later on, the lady quit IAS and joined a political party and became an ally of Jayalalitha !!!!

This is shameless Indian politics!

Delayed decision
by Navaneeth Ramani on Dec 06, 2007 03:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is good straight forward decision. But at the same time the judgement has to be common to every one.

Friends there have been a minimum of 3 child deaths at Hyderabad hospital because of striking doctors? Who will fight for justice on behalf of the deceased kids parents........

Indian Penal Code needs a massive re engineering.....

goons in TN use burning as tool to strike terror as was the recent case in madurai by DMK--all these animals should be given death so that they dare not indulge in it again

The death penalty is correct in this case.
But, how come, the Al Umma convicts, who killed 56 people, when they detonated bombs aimed at the visting L.K. Advani, have gotten away scot-free? The Al-Umma guys have been sentenced to 14 years, of which 10 years are already over.
There was not a single death senetence given in this case.
Whereas, in Malaysia, the Hindus who recently protested peacefully against the Malay apartheid have been arrested for allegedly injusring a Malay policeman, have been denied bail, and are facing 20 years in jail.
We need to start treating the violent Moslem protestors in India, in the same way that Malaysia is treating the peaceful Hindu activists.

since you are talking about the above events. i wish you to include RIOTERS who killed thousands in Gujarat and Mumbai still roaming free.

what punishment should be given to the guy who confessed that he scratched the womb of preganent women and killed both.

dont bring unwanted things " JUSTICE DENIED" to all sorts of people irrespective of the religions.
