The death penalty is correct in this case.
But, how come, the Al Umma convicts, who killed 56 people, when they detonated bombs aimed at the visting L.K. Advani, have gotten away scot-free? The Al-Umma guys have been sentenced to 14 years, of which 10 years are already over.
There was not a single death senetence given in this case.
Whereas, in Malaysia, the Hindus who recently protested peacefully against the Malay apartheid have been arrested for allegedly injusring a Malay policeman, have been denied bail, and are facing 20 years in jail.
We need to start treating the violent Moslem protestors in India, in the same way that Malaysia is treating the peaceful Hindu activists.
