Its Not Self reliance. BHEL is not purely Self Reliance. ISRO is not Self Reliance. Kalam went to US for training, not to China. China trains scientists from Pakistan. Knowledges should be gained from anyone. Why your west bengal CM goes to US ? Why they are bent over TATA in nandigram killing formers? Just think over why China is standing ahead while Russia failed. China embraced to Capitalism and they allowed thier citizens to own factories and lands. Its not a communist country. In todays energy starve world Nuclear power is not and answer to the problem as Uranium reserve is limited and going to get exhausted within next 40-45 years. We should follow Brazil. They are now producing methanol based biofuel processed from crane sugar. In all souther states of America this has become very popular and Brazilian farmers are minting money. Bit of research and clever thinking has made this possible!!! WE should follow this example

People are so frustrated with UPA governemnt's anti people policy. BJP leaders have no worry about it. They worry about huge profit on 123 agreement after 2009 Elections.
It is unfortunate that 820 millions Indian dont have food and we stupid people are going for nuclear deal to make America more reach! We should have concentrated more on our own natural resources like wind power , biofueil, solar energy to solve our problem, just like Brazilians have done. Instead we are following one of the easiest mistake of importing Uranium from America or Australia and ignoring our own thorium reserve. This is disgusting. Americans sell anything for their own benefit like F16 fighters to pakistan and now offereing same f16 to India. we should be clever enough to understand why they are interested in selling uranium technology and not thorium based Nuclear power???
