Its Not Self reliance. BHEL is not purely Self Reliance. ISRO is not Self Reliance. Kalam went to US for training, not to China. China trains scientists from Pakistan. Knowledges should be gained from anyone. Why your west bengal CM goes to US ? Why they are bent over TATA in nandigram killing formers? Just think over why China is standing ahead while Russia failed. China embraced to Capitalism and they allowed thier citizens to own factories and lands. Its not a communist country.
