Sanjay Dutt is a Criminal
by Khadak Singh on Aug 22, 2007 08:31 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sanjay Dutt is a Criminal. He was fully aware of Bomb Blasts in 1993. He was not a kid that he did not know the consequences of keeping an AK-47 Rifle. Even after he was released from Jail after about two years, he continued to in touch with Chhota Shakeel and Dawood. All those who are supporting Sanjay Dutt are buffoons and have sacnt respect for law of land. Sanjay Dutt should be given Life Imprisonment. He deserves harsh punishment.

You are 1000% right, Praji!!

Why this double standard? What about the others who were not "directly" involved like Sanjay Dutt?

Actually these people can't understand. They just see the Televisions in which Sanjay Datt's voice got tapped with Chhota Shakeel in which he was talking to him on phone :)). Quite funny. You know, if chhota shakeel will call you and dares you if you dont do his task.. He may kill you. And if you are smart, you won't allow this to happen with you...!! Simple!! No???

So, when shakeel called him up on his cell, he used to say "haa bhai" "thik hai bhai"... aur bahut saari baate.. You know why.. KYOKI WO DARTA THA DOST... AUR ABHI BHI DARTA HAI.. AUR HAMESHA DAREGA.. KYOKI SABKO APNI JAAN PYAARI HOTI HAI..HOTI HAI NA?? HAA...

TO AGAR TUMKO SHAKEEL BHAI CALL KARENGE TO AAPKI BHI FATEGI... FATEGI NA??? HAA... SAHI HAI... Court agar usko TADA me saja deti bhi to kam hi de paati.. because he was not directly involved with them...

This is Judiciary
by pradeep kumar on Aug 22, 2007 08:30 PM  Permalink

One thing is greatly clear about the functioning of Indian Judicial System is that it is still working on the same pattern as in the Britsh Raj days 200 years ago. Still adoring the same outfit of lawer and judges of those mediaval days they take the same amount of time to forward the necessary paper as in those day when horse ridden massenger use to take order in week time. Our communication system is at par with the international standard bur sorry to say about the pity state of the judicial system. They operate from the the court and jail premises which British has left. The language used by these people is also monotonous like those days people. How much more year is necessary to come to the present day reality. Though they have computerized in all section still this happen. For God sake its not the war time and the decision is not taken by the judicial people other wise half the country would have won by the enmy.

INDIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM
by Abhijit on Aug 22, 2007 08:13 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Indian Judicial System is really great. Sanjay Dutt has finally got the Justice.
Sanjay Dutt is really not guilty of anything. To posses AK47 can be ignored, consider his good films, his popularity, his daughter in US.
He is really great, He should get Bharat Ratna for his Act in Munnabhai Lage Raho.
Gandhiji has given freedom to this country, Sanjay Dutt should get Bharat Ratna.

Thank goodness you are not a judge in our judicial system ...... (but you could be)!

It is totally possible that there are hundreds if not thousands of individuals languishing in Indian jails who satisfy the requisites you have mentioned for release.

Why doesn't the "Great" Indian judicial system release them too??

It is very surprising that none of the human rights organizations have raised any issue with this judicial hand-out!!!

According to ur logic what should we do to him for all his gangster roles in the movies. Munnabhai is just a movie character. what if his daughter is in US.? There are lot of general poor convicts who have family issues. Should we release them all..? Sanjay Dutt should get his punishment for all his links with underworld.

Abhijit, I dont know why these people are scolding you.. But, I think you just taunted on Sanjay datt. Is it not so?

Gandhigiri is fine but the way you said, is quite good... We should really handover a rocket launcher to remind him that his AK-47 guns have spoiled lot of families. Anyway guys, dont get tough on him. He was just trying to react on the news. Thats it. :)

Dutt release on Thursday
by Kirat Mehta on Aug 22, 2007 08:11 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is a crying shame that eventhjough the Supreme Court granted Sanjay Dutt interim bail on Monday, he has to spend two extra days in jail

Why because the papers could not reach Pune from Delhi in two days !!!!!

In this age of electronic mails, we have to still rely on hard copies being furnished ?

Even the Income tax has resorted to email filing of returns but the Courts will take another century to wake up to the realities of the modern advancement

Sab Kuch Filmi Hai! - Shame on us!
by Harsha kurella on Aug 22, 2007 07:57 PM  Permalink

Aksar Filmon main dekhte hain, Shayad Sanju ne bhi aise bahut sare films kiya hoga. Eventually its been proved again that money and power still rule the Indian system of justice. The media too is hell bent on making the Hero on screen and Zero/Villain in Life a 'Nek Insaan'. There are more serious issues in this country and we need serious people. This piece of junk who has been a potential threat to peace in Mumbai is being adored and loved?? Shame on us!!!

What is important depends upon the reader!
Let alone the importance aspect of it, when VIPs suffer, the general public gets to know many nuances in the legal field... Now we learn that even if getting a bail is easy, getting 'released' is something different and might take more time than expected!

You are right. No wonder that many inmates are still in jails though they should have been freed years back? Can anybody return their time to them?
It seems authorities are not at all concerned about solving this problem. It is laughable that such things happen when we claim that India has progressed.
