Thank goodness you are not a judge in our judicial system ...... (but you could be)!
It is totally possible that there are hundreds if not thousands of individuals languishing in Indian jails who satisfy the requisites you have mentioned for release.
Why doesn't the "Great" Indian judicial system release them too??
It is very surprising that none of the human rights organizations have raised any issue with this judicial hand-out!!!
