Sanjay's Release
by on Aug 23, 2007 12:20 PM  Permalink

snajay's release is not proper, since he was matured enough to understand the prons and corns of the situation , in this case if sanjay can be set free, why do other offender in this case be punished and put behind the bar, they too should be let off as they were much young in comparision with sanjay (Ignorance is not excusable in Law), Let Sanjay feel the pain and seperation the victims family underwent whey they had to part their beloved ones.
Supreme Court decision is not vice, why do criminal be scotfree.
Sanjay dutt alongwith all other inmates should not be allowed any bail for such a cruel act.

this is a joke
by magan bhai on Aug 23, 2007 04:55 AM  Permalink

People are saying that he is still in jail for 2 days despite given bail. What about those 14 years when he was out on bail instead of jail.

is this a joke that not receiving a copy of justice means you can get a bail...may be it should take same time to approve the bail by Kode.

he should first hand the copy of justice and then approve the bail.

stupid media...

ask people who were victimize in the bomb blast about sanjay dutt.

AK56 is not a joke and definitely not a toy to play and his meeting with dons was real.

Shameful,
by Ravikumar on Aug 22, 2007 10:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Its very shameful and disgusting that even after Government spending crores of rupees for investigation by appointing a efficient and top advocate as public prosecutor and MR.Kode who relentlessly verified the facts before giving judgement that Sanjay is released.
The efforts and pain taken by Police,CBI,Public Prosecutor and Judges may have gone vain.
Maharastrian Govermnet spent more than what producers have invested in Sanjay.

Dear Correct yourself. He was appointed in 2000
by BJP Govt and became chief in SC only by being senior to every Judge, not by being Dalit alone as such. He has got no beifit of reservation as generally others get. Sorry if it pains you.

lucky sanjay dutt
by jane gillian rodrigues on Aug 22, 2007 10:30 PM  Permalink

Sir,
Perhaps Kapil Sibal, P.R.Dasmunsi and Kabir Bedi should shed light on why on March 12, 1993, when the bomb blast occurred, Sanjay Dutt did not inform Commissioner of Police Samra, of the nine AK56s, and eighty hand grenades, which were delivered to him on January 16th, 1993, by Abu Salem, Baba Chauhan, Hanif Kadawala and Sameer Hingora?

This would have been of a great help in the detection of the conspirators, of the bomb blasts, at the earliest.

Why on April 14th, 1993, Sanjay denied all involvement, yet, asked his friend Yusuf Nulwala, to go to Ajanta, Sunil Dutt%u2019s bungalow, locate the AK-56, which he had finally kept and destroy it, and a pistol, which was, also, there.
How Nulwalla, passed the security cordon at Ajanta, with the weapons, without Sunil Dutt%u2019s knowledge?

And finally, why Baba Chauhan, Hanif Kadawala, Sameer Hingora, and Zaibunnisa Kazi, who received the weapons, for a few hours only, were convicted under TADA, yet the lucky Sanjay Dutt, who kept the AL-56, two magazines, 250 rounds of ammunition, and a pistol, for three months till detected, has only been convicted under the Arms Act?
From,

PRAKASH RANE
