snajay's release is not proper, since he was matured enough to understand the prons and corns of the situation , in this case if sanjay can be set free, why do other offender in this case be punished and put behind the bar, they too should be let off as they were much young in comparision with sanjay (Ignorance is not excusable in Law), Let Sanjay feel the pain and seperation the victims family underwent whey they had to part their beloved ones. Supreme Court decision is not vice, why do criminal be scotfree. Sanjay dutt alongwith all other inmates should not be allowed any bail for such a cruel act.
