Two faces of JUSTICE
by sunny on Aug 09, 2007 02:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

You definately need some lessons in History. however, do not refer to INIDAN history books because they are biased like the Indian judiciary. a person making available her car is sentensed to life whereas a person possessing weapons like AK 56 is given 6 years. further, there is hue and cry in this very educated and intellectual society to reduce the punishment or even release SANJU.

Because the person who made the car available is co-conspirator, knew for what purpose the car was needed; more evidence was found in the house for carrying out the bombing? What else you need?

Sunny - Mere possession of AK56 is terrorism because it is a weapon of causing mass casualties and not self defense or even commit a regular sort of murder. The Shiv Sena leader as I understand was carrying pistols - which is OK to carry when there is situation of riots for pure self defence. There is a different thought process in acquiring an AK56 - and that is to kill a LOT of people - and we will never know what was going on in Sanju's mind then. Its not a good idea to release Sanjay Dutt. Not a big deal though about some leader carrying pistols.

Look at what an MLA says?
by Saths on Aug 09, 2007 02:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Akhtar Khan, one of the MLAs of MIM who fiercely protected their move of attacking the author. "She is enemy of Islam, she is a black spot on Muslims," lashed out a defiant Khan. "We cannot bear anyone talking against Islam. She has written books against our government, Islam. We will not tolerate her in Hyderabad."
When asked about his party's stand on the attack, Khan proudly said, "I am a Muslim first and then an MLA. My party is with me in this."

So he joined the politics to completely favour the Muslims? Does that sound right from the above statement. Whatever might be the cause how can an MLA attack someone for his religion? I fail to understand.

When some artist drew our gods picture nude we just stood there and did not comment. Well done hindu's. Keep it up. Infact we do write articles about his greatness.

I am sure our muslim sympathisers will let us know some incidents where a Hindu MLA called himself a Hindu before he was an MLA.

well - in that case they should find a nation which allows religion to come before the nation. India is not one of them so .... time to pack some bags ?? there are a lot of people waiting to just help do that. Do not make them angry.

If they do, just imagine...

Court opens. Sonia is sitting with her Attorney, her Gang of Chamchas & a Translator on one side. On the other is Bal Thakre with his retinue. proceedings begin.

SONIA: My lord, this packet of Saffron & Rudraksh sitting in front of us is a first class murderer & blot on our society; don't be fooled by his false aura. We have to disrobe & bring him to justice.

THAKRE: Aga ye Ingrazanchi Ushti - Kharkati Vati, adhi nit Rashtra Bhashetun bolayla shik, maag maze kapde kadaychi bhasha kar.

SONIA; See my lord, just hear his language. My ears feel demeaned on hearing such blasphemy. No cultured soul will stand this.

THAKRE: Ha, ha, ha. Mafia chya angakhandyavar vadhalela he Angavastra mazhi laayki sangtay. Sundar! Are dossryana Asanskrut mhanyapurvi svatyachya Gandhi Khandaanane kiti Sanskruti udhalali te bagh.

SONIA: My lord, why bring the family into this matter? We are talking about issues of National Interest...

THAKRE: Nana chi taang. Tujhya Ajoba, Baap, Dir, Jaau ani Navryaane kay mothi Rashtra Hitachi kaama karun dive laavle ahet? Ani tu, tujha kaay? Desh khaadyat ghalayla nighali aahat tu ani tujhi chamche mandali.

At this all Sonia's Chamchas start abusing & Thakre's Counterparts too jump into the fray. Slowly this brawl turns into a scuffle & then heavy fighting begins. Soon the Courtroom transforms into the Assembly Hall where Elected representatives engage in similar activities everyday.

Why do we hate each other?
by udayam enterprises on Aug 09, 2007 02:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

All religions have some sort of fanaticism, look at Christainity, the crusades were religious wars conducted to spread religion, Islam has conducted many wars to spread Islam, destroyed many temples. Even Hinduism has stopped Buddhism from spreading, we read about Ashoka the great having built many monastries, but where are they now. They were destroyed before 10th century by our own Hindus long before Muslim Invasion in the 11 th century. This is how history is hidden, we read about Christians and Muslims in our history books, but never about why Buddhism never survived in the land of it origin. Why it perished after Ashoka and Harshavardhana? Check out world history from any foreign source and you will know this to be true. Politicians and the government have always been manipulating us. The point I am making is this...

All religions are guilty of some misdeeds in the past. Why should we fight amongst ourselves now for what happened centuries ago. It is crazy.
Politicians, be it Congress, BJP or any other party don't give a damn, they just want
to rouse up peoples sentiments to get votes. When BJP was in power why didn't they build the temple at Ayodhya? Because they don't care. It is much better if we stop hating each other like this and work to the growth of our country.

Before History text books are printed it is reviewed by a committee. Some facts are hidden, some are published. No wonder we are taught (in a sublime way) to hate Christains and Muslims at school itself. If the truth was published we would be as guilty as them, no one would hate the other, and then politicians will have no ISSUES to cause unrest and get votes.

Hi Purna, it is the same....

Most of the 'false' impressions are from so called orientalists from west and it is not limited to any religion or place.

The media is controlled by them, we end up believing CNN & BBC versions, we never question their truthfulness....

This applies to all. Freedom of speech is a sham. Human rights is another powerful weapon to fix countries and groups....

You are with us or not with us.... no options.

We need to find real freedom....

Miss Purna...Read this please...

Sunga persecutions (2nd%u0431st c.BCE)

The Sunga dynasty (185%u04373 BCE) was established in 185 BCE, about 50 years after Ashoka's death. After murdering King Brhadrata (last of the Mauryan rulers), military commander-in-chief Pusyamitra Sunga took the throne. An orthodox Brahmin, Sunga is known for his hostility and persecution towards the Buddhist faith. He is recorded as having "destroyed monasteries and killed Monks" (Divyavadana, pp. 429%u043434): 84,000 Buddhist stupas which had been built by Ashoka were destroyed (R. Thaper), and 100 gold coins were offered for the head of each Buddhist monk (Indian Historical Quarterly Vol. XXII, p. 81 ff cited in Hars.407). A large number of Buddhist monasteries (viharas) were converted to Hindu temples, in such places as Nalanda, Bodhgaya, Sarnath, or Mathura.

Thousand of hindus have been butchered, women folk abducted, millions converted to islam, thousands of temples razed to the ground, converted to mosques or mausoleums, what is the position of hinduism now? It has not vanished. Buddhism had spread to south india as well along with jainism. Jainism now survives, but not buddhism, why? You must read sri lankan history.

Romila Thaper's version of indian history will soon be forgotten with more non-left historians relooking into the wild guesses made by the western historians and indologists and their thaper-like disciples.

Udayam Enetrprises ...

Hope you are not running your company like you write (without any basis). You have so easily blamed Hindus for non-existent monastaries where as you don't notice Bamiyan Buddhas blasted away by your friends in Afganistan !!

Its not BJP which is the problem ... Its the Congress which is communalising the society deeply.

For every step of progress India makes, Congress adds 2 tea spoonfuls of communal concoctions and keeps the majority community on the edge. Thats gives rise to parties like BJP which did not exist earlier.

So, history should not only be valued & but also take care that you are reading the correct history !!

Arun,

You are a sympathiser. Atleast Hindu's left the violence way back but unfortunately the muslims are still doing what their rulers did to us. I did not read in any of my history books that most of the muslim rulers massacred millions of Hindu's if they did not convert nor did I read anything about the thousand's of temples they demolished or converted to mosques nor did I learn that they took most of the Hindu girls as concubines nor did I learn that they raped and murdered the hindu kings wife in front of him after a war and the list will go on. I guess the same commitee reviwed those you MORON. Let's stay away from History please. Tell your story to 2 yr old kid and he will beleive you.

You sound like one of those crazy Islamic terrorist fanatics, who always blame and incite hate. Get a life you MORON. Learn to be a good Human Being. Right step- But will Bal thackerey ever be grilled?
by recent on Aug 09, 2007 02:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If some action is taken against the these terrorists rioters who ravaged Bombay and killed thousands of people it will be fair justice .

But I wonder whether Balthackerey who was prime culprit and the perpetrator of riots will ever be brought to the book. What a secular country is this?

Bombay riots was organized and very preplanned riots which was targeted against muslims without any provocation whatsoever.

By grilling the culprits, it is high time the country shows that law is applied uniformly and not targeting any particular community

Who says India is a secular country? It is a minority appeasement country to the detriment of satvic majority hindu community.
The minorities have all the support - government, NGOs, communists, pseudo secular politicians, press, TV and foreign money. Why this combined might is not bearing fruits?

this is not a secular country after all steps are taken to ensure justice is done for mumbai blast case and nothing done for Bombay riots culprits.

Bombay blast would not have taken place if the
Bombay riots have not taken place.

Bal thackery himself publicly acknowledged he was behind Bombay riots and look where is he?
behind bars or in confort of his home?

Here different rules apply for different communities.

just a show to pacify muslims
by Bal Sant on Aug 09, 2007 02:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

congress is just showing sympathy towards muslims in the wake of mumbai blast case results.

congress is well aware of the consequences if she reopens the shrikrishna report.

it is the congress who started all this series of events. if then narsimha rao govt acted properly, then no babri demolition, no riots and no bomb blasts have occured.

it was not bjp or sena who demolished babri but the army spies, who were acted upon orders from rao and pawar. so bjp's ram mandir issue would be finished and bjp could not benefit from it.

How we all get taken up by non issues.
If a derelict mosque (not being used) gets pulled down in UP, does it justify rioting and killing Mumbai ?
No violence is justified. Action must be taken against all perpetrators of vilolence, irrespective of their religious beliefs.

dear recent,
your name suggests depth of your knowledge,

when babari was demolished, reporters asked bjp hq, bjp pointed finger towards sena.
that time bal thackrey said, he would be proud if it is done by his mens.

rapid action force was kept around ayodhya by home minister chavan to take actions, but rao and pawar did not allow rpf to enter ayodhya before complete demolition of babri.

it was not possible for karsevaks without any tools to destroy ageold structure, even rss cadres were protecting the structure, bec rss/bjp wanted ayodhya issue to be alive till they get power at center.

rao and pawar were very clever, they sensed opprtunist bjp's game and destroyed masjid at time of karseva. they wanted to achieve two things, one to stop bjp from coming to power with the help ayodhya issue and second to help hindu voters without hurting muslim vote bank.
