I think someone should start a petition against Vamsee for being stupid and incompetent. I really respect the freedom of speech and difference in opinion. I might hate the opinion but if it intelligent and rational, I respect the person who hold it. For example, I really hate the opinions expressed by Praful Bidwai, but he has my respect for doing the hardwork and provide his view with rational and some data (although he ignores whatever data contradicts his opinion). This person Vamsee is so stupid and incompetent. Its a shame he gets a spot here. Is there any kind of quality control whatsoever???
How does Mr Dutt is called a Gandhian? If he is one, how a Gandhian can be a gangester? He is a gangester and when law reached him, he alongwith some Hindi Film directors took one or two films in which is recits Gandhi and he BECAME GANDHIAN?
If you all remember sometime in the year 2000 Mr Sanjay Dutt the cleanest chacaracter in town had made a call from a hotel in Nashik to Chota Shakeel and the entire interview had appeared on TV News and in several newspapers too. The tapped conversation had some very non violent and Gandhian views expressed by the proponent of Gandhigiri our own Sanju Baba...!

I suggest we provide a international calling card and cell phone to our Sanju Baba in Pune. He is sure to call his Bhai and the Bada Bhai..some time or the other to ask his "Haal Chaal"..and to crib about his bad state in Jail etc..!!
Why waste so much precious resources to find Dawood and Shakeel when the Chela of the Bhai is languishing in Yerawada Jail in Pune.

No one is even talking about the law here. The punishments under arms act are rather very mild. Thats why there was need for law with more teeth (TADA, POTA etc). Isn't this second rate actor already lucky enough to get away with it. What do you people want? Let people keep assault rifles and hand grenades in their homes? I don't know why you people are are so thoughtless and selfish. Just because none of your near dear got killed with reckless use of weapon (I am not even saying terrorist), you want even milder law than arms act? Only when your neighbor will shoot at you or your family with AK56 for parking argument will you think and feel. Moreover law is not only for Sanjay Dutt. Remember, he was born privileged and lived with privileges. He already has enough money and power on his side. Now you want to give him license to break law. He was not child when he did this. He was 36 yrs old adult born in family that could provide him everything most Indians can even dream of. The law is also for hundreds of people killed in terrorist act (using same batch of weapon that were found in Dutt's house). Why all these people don't write petitions for those. Just because value of life is cheap in India. Or is it because India is full of unintelligent, irresponsible and insensitive people. They would start petitions and cry for a second rate actor with shameful past. How many of these people tried to even think (just for few seconds) the pain of families who lost their dear ones. That
The life history of Sanju Baba is sad,but there is also a base for law which keeps things in a civilized manner.And law does not differenciate between a rich and poor a celebrity or a common man.Valmiki became a poet after a life in jungle killing and looting people.As now people respect his Ramayan people should also respect the law which says if you commit a mistake be ready for its consequences and repent by taking the punishment due with grace and let every one learn the lesson from this.The judiciary should also not commit a mistake of hooking only the small fish and letting the big fishes free loosing steam chasing them.If this happens no one will respect the law in future, and the road to civilization ends here.The moral is if a child is corrected at home itself,the law will not have to correct him the hard way..
It is quite unfortunate to hear from a Prof of San Francisco University. Even if a mischief from a child occurs, parents of the child have to treat the child properly to lead him in the main stream. We have to admire that crime is always crime and proper punishment would always be there.
Over and above, Sanjay Dutt's parents were more celebrities than him and we always remember them with reverence.
Dear Vamsee Juluri, please think about it, the real credit in the comeback of the "Gandhian" philosophies in the Munnabhai movies is the writer and director. The artist has had a little contribution in comparison.
So please do not pass Sanjay Dutt as some kind of modern day demigod!
