lots of rotation......every sort of permutation and combination going to take place......not bad eh? besides......people should not knowingly go for IT gals....they may be good professionals...but absolutely not good wives/homemakers.....they may be good (special) colleagues......go to bed even....but never be wives.....people make the mistake of marrying them...end up wrongly.....what to do?
Do any one know why IT gals are showing-up so much in tight jean, short t-shirt, short etc etc when compared to other professionals. i really dont understand, more over they are woking in AC rooms, wont it be too cold in those short dresses.

man....you don't like looking at good female figures? what's wrong with you? it's beauty.....sex is a big and important part of life....don't suppress it wrongly with the hammer of false grumpiness...that's sin....look....but don't touch.....and if they give you the permission to do so...enjoy to the last depths of it...

well....nothing is precious time......what the companies get from the employees is always much more than what they give to the employees....and a bit of looking the other way....makes no difference..... well about work......man....live in real world....if your spouse/sis/mum even grandma....if they are beautiful and wear tight body hugging dresses....people would of course look at it....and feel GOOD.....definitely....just because they are your grandma-sister....won't make others not look at them...accept it....you should also look at times.....it's biological attraction....god is the conspirator of this.....you can't stop it.....so better accept it as a part of lifestyle.... yeah....one thing you can do..you can tell your folks to wear loose big clothes .....like burqha.....then people won't be so inquisitive...but at the end of the day....if it is your sister/gf/young wife....they'll think...it's wasted life if I'm not appreciated among my peers in every way...this is the fact... western way of work comes with western life....not alone.....and eastern way of work comes with eastern lifestyle.....don't be a moron to try to separate things and be a paramhansa in the process

Why should they exhibit? They are not dolls displayed in the exhibition. They are human beings with some dignity. Every woman (and man) should have some sense to keep the dignity. Otherwise the gap between humans and animals will decrease.
the rate of divorces r increasing bcoz of lack of indian value system due to influence of western culture. there is no love for human beings, there is love for money only. earlier people used to try to adjust with each other. tv etc also show lot of useless programmes, where different persons r showed loving many persons at a time, just to earn money from these programmes.

Really we are loosing Indian system values and adoptng western culture, due to that reason divorces are increasing.
In Germany and other europain countries it is against law to keep an establshment open after 9 PM and also workers need to be payed overtime if they stay beyond working hours. In US also companies have to pay overtime salary so managers are discouraged to force employees to spend more hours in office needlessly. In India most of the IT companies run offices which are open 24 hours. IT companies do not invest any money in infrastruture to support workers to work from home if there is any emergency to do in international work enviornment. Managers force workers to attend late night conference calls from office. Due to carro and stick appraoch IT workers are unabele to protest much and family life suffer.
I am sure if Govenment makes it mandatory to pay overtime salary in IT sector and also makes mandatory to make an option available to work from home like USA lot of these problems can be curtailed.

I agree to whtever u say. But one thing we need to put our people/employee aswell. they shld be bold and say i wont work after 18:00 hrs. I am in Uk for past 3 years and worked in US and Singapore aswell. Here people work and dont talk during office hours, they dont go for group coffee 3-4 times a day for 10-15 mints. If our plp follow this and say to ur boss, i hv done my work n i am leaving. Just to add i am in IT for 10 years, i leave a 18:00 everyday. if i had to work late, i take a comp off. we need to be smart first, do your work and say, i cant stay late. you can stay 1-2 days in a month. not more than that. indian comp have a very bad attitude towards their employees.

In general I agree with the suggestion made by Amit, however corrective action will have to be taken collectively (by employee, employer, Govt. family members, everyone in the system). These issues cannot be resolved with a legislation/law this is a long term mind set issue which needs to be trained/tuned appropriately.
Citing examples of how things are done elsewhere will not be applicable for us in India.

even though you work from home, you are actually WORKING. as of myself, almost everyday, i have to take conf calls from home.i do lose the fun of enjoying my time with my family.if i dont take these calls, i am sure it will be not long till i am replaced with someone else. The ppl in US or europe hardly work beyond their work hours.Actually it is our mentality which is killing us.I think we forget to say NO to our supervisors and thats what affects us.if u dont work long hours ur appraisal gets affected stating that someone even if less efficient than you has worked long hours gets a better rating.

Check this out www.secondshaadi.com, they are making money out this also.
The actual reasons vary from stress at work, erratic working hours etc. But the reason we ignore to view is that people who are spending more time in office makes them comfirtable with the guy or a gal in their team with whom they spend most of their times.

also IT sector is directly linked with foreigners, the Indian culture too may have diminished. this too may be one of the reason.

Hi, IT secor people are exposed to so much outside world, on click button everthing is available. Know one is leaving for love, afection, trust, nothing......... its all about cheating, nothing else... There i sno relationship values. No true love
This is bull shit analysis, I think total number of people employed in the recent years have increased has gone up many a times.... the Ratio should be used for giving the best picture.... Also the ratio with total population should also be used.
I think Vicky Nanjappa (author) should have done more homework .... Give us better statistics.... As it is said.. There are 3 types of lies in the world - 1. Lies 2. Damn Lies 3 Statistics

Hi SAURABH I think you are an just joined IT professional. Not able to withstand the facts. Facts are always bitter man.
Most of marraiges which are breaking are love marrages(maximum). and i think its all because of the family of guy/gal. they will be very greedy about the money that their son or daughter is getting, & they think that if they get marry and settle they wont get money. so thinking in this way they will just try to bring so many things within the couple. & i agree that since couple wont have that much capacity to control their frustration, they get apart. why dont parents tell their childs before marraige only that you have to do all this things & after that get marry, instead of killing them after marraige. & friends i am not writting a story here, its real fact which i am facing.

It only shows how immature you were in falling in love and not able to maintain it. Was your love so weak as to succumb to the parents wishes. You could not sustain it and are blaming your parents for the mess
