One independent country, equal right irrespective of cast, religion and region to all, only to be mentioned in constitution. What a joke? Everybody knows very well who is going to be benefited by all these. The man standing in the last row is standing where he was and will continue to be there only. First of all try to fulfill all the basic requirements, house, roti and cloth and then talk about any thing....

It is good irrespective of cast... It had to start very long back. Cast has major role in leaving certain people in backward. It has to correct on the cast basis itself. Cast created certain segregation, as a localised treatment cast should be the criterion of reservation.
The politician are trying to dominate our judicial system.The country has remained democratic just becuase of our healthy judicial system.The politicians have a complain that our judiciary is interfering in its matter.It is to remind them that the Honable court has not initiated a suo-motu in this matter. A citizen of the country being aggrieved by the Central Govt. decision on reservation has moved the Court and the Honable court has given justice.First the politcian should try to understand our constitution. After a long debate it was finally decided and mandated in the Constitution that reservation must be given to SC/ST, for a period of 10 years only.There is no provision in constitution, for any type of reservations, for any other caste or religion,other than SC and ST category.However, as per the provisions in our constitution,the Govt. can make provision for upliftment of educationally and backward classes. These special provisions mandated in the constitution has been misinterpreted by our politicians and they do not know what this special provisions can be for the society, other than giving reservations.They are totally exploiting the situation and reservation has became a tool for acquiring votes.What can be expected from our leaders who are trapped in camera for raising questions in parliamemnt or arrested in airport for(recentlY0 a shameful act.
The court has effectively challenged the shameless pm's propaganda material from antalatic shores. They had european Gandhians who were profiles by India Today as influential people in India.
Its a big snub to these jack ass OBC politicians of this country who have ganged up to bring this Racist quotas into place. The very fact that the govt is not even ready to remove the rich and the affluent OBCs from such quotas, shows whom this quota is intended for! Not the poor, not the downtrodden, not the hungry, but Vagabond sons and daughters of Laloo, Paswan and their ilk!
I hope Arjun singh resigns now. He has failed miserably. Anyways, the old man doesnt have much life left in him to continue with these racist policies.
I hope the SC also takes note of serious breach of Fundamental rights, due to these OBC reservations. Denying the right to education to a deserving candidate, just because he was born a Brahmin or some upper caste, is a serious violation of basic human rights guaranteed in the constitution. Infact, there is no basis for classifying any community as Backward CLASS. If people belonging to Lingayats and Gowda's in Karnataka, JATS in Rajasthan have been classified as OBCs, one wonders the basis on which these reservations have been determined!
The Jews are gone from Germany. The colony is gone. Would you like your anglicized sepoys ( including from rediff) to use the antalicist race analysis to explain India ?
Good sense has prvailed over the Judges and they have not fallen to the bait of Arjun Singh. Look at his guts to postpone the admission. He was sure that the Suprement Court would abide by his wishes. Poor Arjun.... Now go to the International Court

This man Arjun Singh was not ready to sacrifice his candidature for the post of CM ,after assembly election in 1980 and dominated the dalit leader and became CM of MP. He is not able to win the Lok sabha elections and has been defeated thrice.He took a back door entry ,by being nominated in Rajya sabha and became Cabinet Minister.I think he is now taking revenge and trying to make his vot base.

Ask Arjun Singh has he married his Son or daughter into any of SC or ST community......if not tell him that get his grand son married to SC/ST...and then seee what will be difference

Arjun kaa nishanaaa chook gaya....Sorry n Pity of him!!! he must be sulking alongwith all congress party....V.P singh , Arjun Singh both are THAKURS and come from forward castes or whatever.....how they are intrested in Reservation , wither they r not Thakurs or it is suspected that they have something else in mind (VOTE BANK)........it is high time merit be the sole criteria of selection ...day is not far when reservation will loose its significance...."PERFORM OR PERISH" should be the MANTRA.....better beaware of ARJUN kinda person.....I used to consider him a politcian of high calibre , but since the day he has taken reservation issue , he has fallen from the eyes of everyone.....ROLLING STONE gathers no MASS...same will happen to him....he wont be able to Please MADAM nor anybody.
Why cannot the Government accept the Supreme Court's verdict gracefully instead of being rebuked every time. Surely it can wait till the Constitutional validity of the act in decided. Maybe it will be too late for the elections or is the Congress scared of losing its coalition partners who are caste based?

Dear Som.....in the deepest of hearts Congress has accepted its defeat or courts verdict ..but they cant show it publicly.....they are the actors so in the eyes of public , media or whatever you can see their crocodile tears.
