This man Arjun Singh was not ready to sacrifice his candidature for the post of CM ,after assembly election in 1980 and dominated the dalit leader and became CM of MP. He is not able to win the Lok sabha elections and has been defeated thrice.He took a back door entry ,by being nominated in Rajya sabha and became Cabinet Minister.I think he is now taking revenge and trying to make his vot base.
