Christian missionaries hand must ne there in this case. Monica Bedi embraced christianity to avoid punishment and they lobbied succesfully and she will be out of jain very soon. Missionaries made a hue and cry when Parveen babi died. They brought some papers stating that Parvee took christianity so her body shud be buried as per chrisitian faith. Guys wake up vote for BJP to save India.

Why are you linking everything to religion. No religion can help you if you are not cultured. Best example can be your BJP MP caught sealing someone else wife. Another eg is you :))

Is Salmaan christian? What about Pataudi? What religion was Puru Rajkumar? Why these cases went the same way. (I will not blame you for not remembering.) Common factor is money and money knows no religion.

oye bimaar rendy, saare BJP waale tujh jaise hi hote hain isliye saare secularist aur peace-loving log BJP se door rahte hain......BJP is Indian Talibaan....and u ppl r no better than Nazis....ur life & politics is ruled by religion & hatred....not by good or bad.....how many dying hindus were served by mother teresa.....aur dhakkan teri BJP ne M.P. mein ek professor ka murder kiya...prof. sabharwal ka....woh kaise free hain bina religion change kare ? kyunki wahaan BJP ki sarkaar hai jo kahti hai ki dharam ke naam pe jisko maarna hai maaro...........BJP is such a curse to this nation
If Alester Parera found was DRUNK when driving and hit 7 person to death, he must get life prison or at least 20 years prison so NO ONE CAN DARE TO DRIVE WHILE DRUNK. Because no one force him to Drink and drive even Court can file Intentional Murder case on him, as he was know that drunk and drive is offence/crime.
If not than Common citizen of India can not keep MORE TRUST IN JUSTICE.
i always maintained that with help of lawyers police courtromm babus the lower judicial system is max corrupt---actually PCS(JUD) is corrupt in all states and result is lawyers loot damage public property at their will.they loot their clients for years and judiciary never helped those poor clients.we may cry but no solution as corrupt judiciary only help only lawyers who even do not allow a lawyer arrested due to actual crime---manmohansingh came and indian public had high expectations--oh no--he rather confronted with judiciary to please somnath chatterjee--a lawyer,lalus--a great man who is termed as a JOKER---lalitkumar
The Indian judicial system cannot be aloof from the corruption malaise that has infiltrated all other walks of public life. I know a very good lawyer who told me some shocking things.
Judges of Sessions Courts, district courts, high courts and yes, even the Supreme court are corrupt to the extent that will shock you all.
In the 1980's, there was a highly publicised case of the death of Manjushree Sarda (in Pune) by the poison Potassium Cyanide. Her husband was convicted in both the Sessions and High Court, and the Supreme Court of India let him off! It was an open secret that the verdict of the Supreme Court bench was known beforehand to her husband's family, who had performed a "vijay Puja" a few days before the verdict was announced! It is said that the Chief Justice of India at that time (i won't name him, you can easily find out who) personally made sure that the bench acquited him.
In the Mumbai High Court, it is common knowledge that certain lawyers always favor a few judges to preside over their cases, and at times wait for the "bench to change."
My lawyer acqaintance told me that there is everything in the Indian judicial system, except justice.

Dear, It seems you havn\'t been to any court. In any court the PESHKAR takes bribe of 10 Rs for every date for next hearing, every thing is in front of the honerable judge.I bet you can get away with a murder by paying Rs 1 lac to any Judge of any court(Except some of the high profile cases where media is involved)
