RE:Do you know your Sonia - All Must Read this Article
by LAGIDU on Apr 16, 2007 01:56 PM  Permalink

Rakesh, it reads like a thriller. Subramanian Swamy is quite a V.I.P. If there is no truth in the article, why Soniaji and the Congressji have not sued him for libel? Are they admitting to it?

Rahul is a KID and is at his "KIDDISH BEST" with all that Crap he is talking in UP or otherwise. He doesn't know the fundamental decorum of dealing with people.

It's disgusting to see people of his grandfather's and grandmother's age Falling on his feet and touching him.Congressmen who haven't contributed anything for the progress and welfare of this country and a party which has always played PETTY POLITICS and is largely responsible for COMMUNAL DIVIDE in this country, I'm surprised by what this Kid,Rahul can do for our country. God only can save CONGRESS PARTY from it's downfall

It is not going to work. Exit polls predict that the Congress will manage only 30 to 40 seats in the UP assembly.

Rahul on Pak
by Ramaswamy E on Apr 16, 2007 01:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Rahul has certainly crossed the line on Pak. He has proved that he is a fool and upstart.

He has made statements which affect the country's image just for the sake of getting votes.

Even the opposition is criticizing him for taking credit for the creation of Bangladesh, rather than for making a statement that can be potentially damaging to the country and casts serious doubts about our policy of non-interference. I am surprised that our PM says that Rahul represents the future of UP!

Mrs Gandhi did not interfere in the internal affairs of Pak other than providing food and shelter to millions of refugees from Bangladesh.

Pak was itself pressured by the international community to grant freedom to Bangladesh and India is not responsible.

Ramaswamy

No one has a right to call somebody a "fool or an upstart". If you do not have the maturity Ramu, to accept a differing opinion, better start doing something else.

Also, your sentence formation is so poor and unoriginal, it appears you struggled with English all through your life. I would recommend Wren & Martin to improve your grammar and some old classics for vocabulary training.

He is not as immature as he sounds
by Indian on Apr 16, 2007 01:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The comments are well calculated political statements intended at masses going on polls in one of the most backward illiterate states of India. I belong to UP and I know how many idiots from my city would become fanatic supporters of Rahul Gandhi with all this melodrama he is creating.

However, whether or not the family has actually contributed to anything in India is a different discussion altogether. Readers here mostly happen to be from different social strata compared to the target audience to whom Raoul Gandhi or Bianca Gandhi speak for their Italian motives. Ever seen a bad copy of a Hollywood movie?

I think he has put his foot in his mouth. He should keep quite.

A leader doesnt get credibility by talking nonsense and the way he speaks it feels like he is in college

rahul gandhi's statements related to some critical issues shows his inexperience and irresponsible behaviour. i dont think he understands what his statements could have an impact on innocent people's mind.. he is simply getting carried away..
