I don't know if this was happening all the time and suddenly reporters have started reporting it now? or has this menace grown suddenly now? If latter is the case, we need to think why such a thing is happening throughout length and breadth of the country to this proportion. Is it something in the air? Is it due to environment changes? If so -- is there a corresponding change in the behavior of all other animals include homo-sapiens? When City COroporations are fightin for the immediate relief, some knowledgeable animal behavior people should seriously ponder and provide direction to the nation. Otherwise poor dogs will be killed or people will be killed by dogs. We don't want either of these things to happen

Then you suggest a way out.. mr. I've lost a friend who's bike hit a stray dog.. and the poor fellow died of internal bleeding.
Who should die.. people or dogs. And if you are not an Indian, then u do not know the menace these animals cause on streets.
When is India going to improve ? Why do we need all these dogs,cats,pigs,donkeys,cows,buffaloes and all sorts of animals on streets ?
If their owners can't feed them and leave on the streets for finding food for themselves, these animals would rather be destroyed.
It is so stupid to waste time,money and energy on sterlizing dogs.. a dog lives 14 yrs on avg.. even if you sterelize it, is it going to stop creating a menace till it dies! The idea is absurd and ridiculous.
Just put a bullet in the animal and save the humans from so many road accidents and attacks !
And those who oppose animal killing.. "If you can take all them to your home, do that.. else they'd better be killed".
And for god's own sake, stop associating animals with religion and god. India will never progress otherwise !
its so pathetic to hear all this. india women though oamongst the most beautiful is obviously the most physically unfit in the world(blame it on food or anything).dont expect to kill all dogs in this case, or kill anyone for matter who disturbs you.be physically fit and try to atleast defend urself
Hyderabad is becoming like Bangalore these days with these kind of incidents. Hope the AP government take Banglore as a standing example of how bad stray dog menace could hamper everyday work and should take immediate actions before it becomes another Bangalore.

The AP CM is so corrupt that the Municipal Corp guys just ignore his orders. When Chikungunia attack happend last year, there was a huge public outcry to keep the city clean. CM is on record asling the MC to clean the city but they just ignored him. Imagine that happening under Chandrababu Naidu CM ship... the MC guys would have got suspended.
Nothing will happen under YSR's Cm ship. The Dogs and Goons will live and prosper under YSR

All political IDIOTS are similar. There is no difference between YSR or CBN. CBN has eaten the APs money in Hi Tech way and YSR eating now in the name of Water. All corrupt politicians and officers should be hanged without any hesitaion. Like corruption, even the dogs are also increasing. so that is mistake of the people for not questioning the officals.
