I don't know if this was happening all the time and suddenly reporters have started reporting it now? or has this menace grown suddenly now? If latter is the case, we need to think why such a thing is happening throughout length and breadth of the country to this proportion. Is it something in the air? Is it due to environment changes? If so -- is there a corresponding change in the behavior of all other animals include homo-sapiens? When City COroporations are fightin for the immediate relief, some knowledgeable animal behavior people should seriously ponder and provide direction to the nation. Otherwise poor dogs will be killed or people will be killed by dogs. We don't want either of these things to happen
