The forcible land acquisition of land whether cultivable or not should not be done. There are numerous flaws in this process like: 1)The development authority officials are corrupt to a very high degree. They trade in land in connivance with property Dalal.2) Compensation fixing process is not democratic but is totally authoritative devoid of any public representation. 3) Even en mass acquisition have elements of partiality and the politicians and corrupt dalals take anti advantage and save their entire land where as other poor farmers have to be contented with 5-6% of land that too after paying bribes.4) The farmers are being scape goat their interests are sacrificed for the sake of comforts of very few in the name of so - called development. 5) Let the industrialists contact directly with farmers and make alternative arrangement for using land such as make farmers their business partners and give them partnership in their ventures in lieu of land apart from justly decided compensation. Let the industrialists also break their head instead of putting farmers in tension. 6) The formula of 70:30 as proposed in the pending draft land acquisition bill is ridiculous and meant to favour industrialists. Once they can buy 70% of land for their projects, they can also buy remaining land on their own. Otherwise I, as a farmer, also want to cultivate on 100 acres of land but I have only 2-3 acres. Will the govt give me even 10% more to cultivate? if not then why to businessmen?
Forced Acquisition of Land should stop immediately. Only if Farmers and land-owners are willing to sell the land....it should be bought and that too at market rates. Suckers like Mulayam and Amar POPAT Singh will sell entire state to Anil Ambani and other Capitalists. Mulayam has completely sold out to such people thru his dalal friend Amar POPAT.
He is against Hindus and Muslims. He is only in favour of power and moneeeeeeeey.
Land of Dadri should be returned to land owners and should only be acquired at Market rates.
Atleast new Govt of Mayawati or BJP should cancle this acquision and return land to its owners...Farmers. This same principle should be applied all over the country....Supreme court should intervene...otherwise all fertile land will go to developers and industrialists.
if you all want to stop all these bad things then there is need of a wave ....... you have so much of anger in you , so much frustation , so much bubling energy , so much hatred against the enviornment in which we are living right now ....
people are not getting what they deserve but now everything is getting reserve for poiliticians!
reservation is just a small part of the problems we are facing right now...
i am ready to start this wave ... but i m a drop in this ocean .... i need u all with me with all ur senses n potential ...

CHANGE! Yes, but what kind of? Actually, the root of all problems, from Dadri to Nandigram, is the growing unequality of resources of people. India now stands 2nd in the no. of Billionaires and stands 1st in no. of uneducated, malnutrition affected, below feeded people in the world and stand at 128th position in Human Development Index. Nandigram and in near future Dadri are just two outbursts, we should be ready for more. Actully, what is astonishing is still protests like this are very few. If the situation is just 1/10th as worse as India in any European or any first world country, certainly it would go into flames long ago.

Every individual in India or abroad gets equal opportunity. One who takes it enjoys its benefits. One who doesnot want to do anything cannot expect equality. It is not communist. It is democracy where everyone has equal right to make money legally.
