Pak has openly followed the policy of bribing and blackmailing US government through their part cooperation in arresting Al Queda terrorists in Pakistan, and US has so far been accepting this bribe and submitting to the blackmail for purely selfish reasons. It has exposed US weakness in handling International terrorism and US has thus lost any claims to morality in dealing with International terrorism.
There is no point beating about the 'Bush' in this respect. Bush will need to wake up one day to find US in a quagmire to reverse US policy towards Pakistan. Pakistan knows it pretty well.
SHAME....For everything, India has to go to US? Why does parliament not dissolve itself and the great PMs accept that all Indian policies will be designed in Washington, instead of London before 1947. Freedom has not been accepted by parliamentary mafias!! They cannot resolve their own issues and deal firmly with their own problems in their own neighbourhood! For everything, they have to bow down to US and seek co-operation? Do they have any dignity and/or self respect? Pakistan is playing naughty neighbour and asking India to offer entire Kashmir as Pakistani territory.

It is more commical that current congress administration's policy has been to claim entire J&K as Indian territory and they are the ones who invented the coined words like pakistani occupied kashmir, when they don't have guts to go after occupiers and liberate its own land. More paradoxical is the Article 370! I am freaking confused with clear conclusion - Neither Congress and BJP has any desire to end pakistani occupation, and neither do have guts to take pakistan to war. They bowed down to nuclear blackmail. More SHAME. Power hungry mafias!!!!
After 9/11, Bush administration came very hard on terrorism and sought global partners to fight the scurge. India joined the band wagon enthusiastically as it suffered most from terrorism in the world only after Israel, whereas, Pakistan has been coerced to join however reluctantly. Pakistan after joining the US band wagon against terrorism slowly started playing a double game. In one where US is concerned, Pakistan officially cooperated fully and where India and Afhganistan are concerned, they encouraged terrorism thru ISI. In my view American administraion has been aware from the begining but they followed the policy of constructive engagement, that reads as try to extract what you can and keep extracting slowly while giving goodies to Pakistan. Did it work ? I am not sure. India and Afghanistan are tired ot Pakistan's duplicity. Portraying itself as moderate Islamic state officially and in actuality sleeping with the taliban and al quiada thru ISI covertly. I think lately Bush administration has been given information of this duplicity and in fact I think Americans have been suspecting of it for long time. Now this fact is more clear with this news. What will Americans do now?
