It would not be less than a joke that Delhi Government can not help the traders in any way when also the State Govt. , the M.C.D , and the delhi Govt is only of Congress party. If the politicians would have to present an audinence for their salary increase , it would not take more than one hour in the Parliament but to give some reveal to the traders in the case of sealing Govt. is unsuitable to do anything. People doing business at their own places from last Ten, Twenty,Thirty or more than that are given two months for leaving their business at its placewithout any other alternative
We are doing nothing against this unhealthy decision of delhi's people.Think about what u have done against this.Try to feel the sorrow of the families who are affecting by this decision.First of all goverment is doing nothing to provide the job for educated people and after that they are snaching the foods from the mouth of inocent peoples.unanutorised market is not a mistake of people of delhi ,but it is mistake of goverment (DDA and MCD) officials .who had given the permission for unautorised construction only for money.Now the victims are inocent people. My request to all indians that,from ur end try to oppose this decision.
It is unfortunate that some ministers are again talking of amending laws to give reprieve to the traders. All such proposed actions are politically motivated. We must learn to rise above political considerations and respect the directives of an institution such as the Supreme Court which has no political leanings. The media would do well not to overpublicise traders' bandh calls etc. If at all, they can call for a national debate- they so often come up with 'question of the day', so on and so forth. Let us not forget that Delhi is not India and India is not Delhi. It is important that the media realises this first.
Some have stated that sealing of shops is totally wrong ,which is been done after 20 or 50 yrs. So at this point we should remember " Better late than Never " .We cant imagine one another situation as like Mumbai.What ever decision the apex court taking is absolutely for the welfare of The public.
The recent pictures of National capital flashing in media depicts the seriousness of the problem. The problem started right after we accuired independence. The Babus sitting in Govt office considered it there right to take bribe and ignore any deviations / irregularity from book. The system of wrong working got so prevelant that our society looked up these posts with atmost respect. What a system our politicians has given us right at inception just becuse they were themselves mighty currept. A boy who got job in organistion like MCD, DDA, Telecom, Banks, Police, etc got preference in matrimonial alliance. In nut shell bribe was given so much of respect and preference for too long by us. There is definit limit for doing wrong. And in Delhi we are almost approching this limit. Now the situation has taken a monstrous proportion. We need to learn lesson from Delhi for rest of the country, as we are following the same principles and working in the rest of country. Better avoid such situations by shedding off the currepts and Greedy right now or else face similar conseqences. Can politicians and so self called patriots help the commen man today?

nice 2 hv ur thoughts. u know by god willing most probably sealing going 2 stop. after all it a matter of life of so many people.
now let com 2 ur point, u hv rightly hit at d problem of delhi and it is d migrated people coming here from all over india like u did 40 years back. every day thousands r still arriving delhi 2 survive.and this way overall planned system is affected as it is used many times mor then expected. its solution is not very easy and of course govt will do its duties with time.
village & small town don't get outsiders so condition thr is still good 2 live .
I hope ur kids don't go 2 those school whcih r going to be sealed.
otherwise u would hv beeb in a position to understand the grievances of the suffered ones.
I m neither a politician nor a trader & i bother least by d act of sealing in delhi. my firm belief is that day by day dli is becomming a hell 2 live in. d reasons r enormous like light,water,traffic, saftey,security,health etc. thr is no system.
bt how good it 2 earn a decent life at d cost of othr.
i believe tht v r living in a surroundings whr as long as u r lucky u can survive & live happily bt d moment u r in trouble u can expect no support & help frm anywhr. evry 1 is busy living one's life & has no idea hw othr problem can trouble u as long as u r not affected by it. all want themselves safe at any cost no matter how it going 2 affect others.
so those who r not affected with by sealing, r quite silent, blind & deaf of the suffering of lacs of people. they r happy 2 hv a gr8 life at d cost of lacs of othr people. they want a pleasant surrounding 4 their kids at d cost of thousand mourning childrens. As sealing is going 2 generate a army of jobless, workless people who neither can feed themselves nor their dependents. lacs will become unemployed.
even 2 seal big fish means killing families of all staff.
Just because that few people want to earn, we should allso them to do anything to the city. Unlike rural areas, cities should always be built in a planned manner. In this case, Supreme Court has exempted small shop keepers who sell daily items, from sealing. You cannot turn a blind eye to blantant violation of rule of law in whichever name it takes place. According to you, the only thing in this world is to eat and then sleep, in whatever surrounding you are. We the city dwellers pay to the government, through direct and indirect taxes, and we deserve a better treatment. I am in Delhi for the last forty years, breathing the poisounous air. It is not my choice, but I have to support a family and I cannot do it living in rural India. So I had to come to Delhi for a decent job. The least I expect from the government is a cleaner environment, which does not cost anything big to the government. ONly thing is that they have to ensure that rule of law prevails.
in my opinion what ever is being done is wrong . It should be seen earlier instead of now after 20 to 50 years that what is going on in the capital. Now it will very difficult for the people who's premises are being sealed to rehiblate. So it is most wrong thing done by the supreme court. Where we should get justice we are getting injustice. I am not from delhi but I think what is going on that is wrong

So atleast by now lets ask ourself " IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN ?". Are we ready to see another haphazardous anoys ,cues and cries again as like in Mumbai ?Ofcourse the MCD officials and the department should be punished for taking bribe and letting the shop for such a long period. But atleast now ,when the Hon'ble apex court is intervenning ,let the Government and the Law help do things in right way ,guided by the Apex court and then look into the matter of How the MCD was such lazy and all the more How it was like Black goat ? Let the Apex court see things one by one and Ensure the public ,for whom it is taking these measures to this extent, that the Govt.departments work sincerely ATLEAST hereafter. Let Delhi matter be a warning and give a red alert to other hawkers,shoppers and also to the Government officials in rest of the country includding chennai and Mumbai ,to stop their unlawful deed for the sake of money.
In the changing world, we should not expect anything from our Burocrat and Netas regarding any facilities. In my opinion Supreme Court should give an order to outsource all the facility to a MNC and DDA and MCD should be keep shutdown.
