Right now women commission is made of 97% divorced women, while india is made of 98% married women. Why is NCW mostly made of divorced women allowed to pass such laws? These women who are divorced represent a small fraction of bitter, sadistic women and will only destroy the family system in india.
Women Commission must allocate at-least 90% of office positions to married women and let them pass laws to maintain Domestic Harmony. These laws affect married women most and they must be allowed to make laws and not some divorced women who do not know how to have a relationship.

I think this was a very sensible request by rajesh and I whole heartedly support such an initiative. Playworld just because you had a failed life why are you trying to spoil other's lives?
I strongly want reservation for married women in all committes and commissions which make laws which affect them. Enough of divorced women sadists from NCW. The chief of AP National commission of Women (Renuka Reddy) was suspended 6 months back for corruption. She was using women as a way to make money and was caught on sting operation.
These divorced women sadists are incompetent in maintaining a family and harassing millions of innocent women.

Do you have any proof of this or just empty allegations. Feminists and divorced women are experts in this false and lies. Anyway 98% of the cases have been proven false.
Why don't you buy a mini recorder for 50 rupees and prove it rather than just lie all the time?

Dear Renuka ji, I need yoyr help badly, i am a 35yrs old woman, british citizen now living with my parents in uk. I was married at 19 and live in India for 12yrs. I was abused physically and mentally. I have 3 children , the third was adopted by my x-husbands brother as they could not have children. I was blackmailed to sign divorce papers otherwise i would never see my children again. I then was sent back to my parents in Uk on the bases that my children will join me in march 2005. The divorce took place in Sept2004. i had telephone contact with my children till march then my x-husband told me he did not want me. I took action in the UK Courts but was advised to go back to India to fight for the children which i di. I only got meeting rights and my x-husband got the interim custody. The case is still going on but till date i have no contact with the children and they have been brainwashed. My son is going to be 14 next mth then my daughters are 9 and 5. I,m a very unfortunate mother who is dying with out her children. Pls guide me, please help me. I want my children back. Is it so , that a woman loses, a man wins? i want that my children have both parents not just one. Help!

This is just one case. Have you ever thought of the lakhs of men who go through the SAME EXACT ABUSE but in reverse direction?
Do you think they need any help?
Why not agree for 50% sharing in custody for both parents in all cases? My NGO has submitted several memorandums to the congress party CM Rajashekar Reddy so that both mother and father can see their children. Unforutnately he is interested only in playing politics of divide and rule.

I agree with you Radha! As a male, I welcome this law aswell, but it could lead to a lot of divorced families due to misuse. I really hope that this law helps those who are really in need of help.....stil better that the Gentle-men treat their wives lovingly as much as their wives love them.

Radha whether this law really helps or not whether lawyer miss use or not im sure this law will give fear in men to some extent this law if advertised well will surely help women who suffer in silence. even if it is missused by 100 people if it really protects one then it will reach its goal.

Very sensible Radha. Only when decent women come out we will have safety and security. Because of these silly laws, bad women are misusing in turn affecting the good women of society who just want to get on with their family lives.
We are fighting to amend these laws to prevent misuse. If you are interested you can join our all women organization called "All india forgotten women".

according to law and law makers men don't have the right to judgment. If you ask same think to your wife..she can put DV case on you and court may punish you for this.
It is so unfortunate that our laws are always biased to one side. Where are the brilliant people who analyze the consequences and pros and cons of an act before it gets passed. Are there any?
I myself know around 4 cases in my close relatives and friends where in which the husbands are being harrassed by wives like anything. In one case wife, who agreed she will not work after the marraige starts giving problems to the husband daily and doesn't show any respect to father-in-law and mother-in-law inspite of her father-in-law being a blind person. She literally scolds and sometimes manhandles her husband and his parents.
Now in this case if the wife approaches the police referring to the DVA then how would the police and court and many other great named woman organizations react! we all know that. Everyone will be in favour of the wife! not to the husband.
