if sonia gandhi is holding the position of benefit, then the same law should be applied to her which was applied to Mrs jaya bachhan. The govt should not be allowed to change the law and the president must look into this as on his orders, the membership of jaya bahhan was cancelled. Sonia gandhi can not be exception just because she belongs to gandhi family or she is congress chief. in fact, it should be applied to all those politicians which are falling in this category.
