Hi, this is from a daughter who had all her dreams to spend time with mother shattered in few minutes. I think the chennai embassy is going to give my mother visa only if me or my brother is going to be shot dead by vulgar people in USA. Reason chennai embassy refuses to give visa to my mother- two children in USA. Does that mean my mother will not return to INDIA? We are born as INDIANS We love India.I have my younger sister and grandmother in India.My father passed away 10 years back. I got married in USA and I have a baby daughter and wished to the deepest of my heart for my mother to see her grand-daughter and be for her 1st birthday. I was planning a lot and dreaming to hug my mother. How insane are the persons who interview at Chennai Embassy. Do you guys who are sitting in A.C rooms have no kids no feelings. Step into our shoes and see how we feel when you reject visitors visa. No Indian parent wishes to stay in USA. They come to see their kids.Spend time and go back with found memories, blessing the kids to be safe and achieve their goals. They love India and at that age who wishes to leave their beautiful homes and stay in USA. Where does DELL, Hyderabad pick up the HR staff from and what are its HR policies. Today I attended the interview and there was a HR LADY who did not understand basic English and they dont know whom they want or what they want. If HR itself is THAT GREAT, I can imagine the quality of things inside. Its high time DELL, CEO looks into International location-Hyderabad HR vvv.closely!!!! I have completed my 1.Master of Geo. Information Technology from University of Melbourne, 2003[Australia] 2. Certificate 2 in Telecommunications (call centers) from Victoria University, Melbourne which suits Dell back office operations. All this while I was under the wrong impression that US is the only country which recognises qualified people and is a super power with a v.systematic life, only to hear that there are no career oppurtunities in Dell, Hyderabad: as told by th HR personnel herself. [She also told me that they would never promote me to Team Leader which I din't even ask for. I was wondering if my current employer,was using defaming tactics or is that the way American Organisations in India are?]

India can be a World Power only and only if the Quotas and Reservations are removed from the Society.
The process can further be accelerated if all Indians are bound by a Common Civil Law, in true sense of secularism.
At the same time it is the duty of the Nation to come to the rescue of the poor and deprived sections of the Society. Govt shd set up Quality Model Schools in each Panchayat in the backward and Tribal districts and provide free schooling to all.
For higher education, only the Merit shd be the sole criteria, without considering caste/creed and religion. The students coming from poor family ( having income less than Rs.5000/ pm ) shd be given Merit cum Means Scholarships to support their higher studies.
Lastly the Nation will be on the right track with true Secularism with no place for Appeasement. The Policy of the Govt shd be " JUSTICE TO ALL AND APPEASEMENT TO NONE"
The above MANTRA only will make this Country of 1.25 billions, a World Power.

60 years (next aug) of independence is more then enough time for scheduled castes peaple to reach the status enjoyed by the common indian. increasing quata systen is pure discmination aginst cmmomn man
i belive indian (weak) goverment should try to amede the constitution and try to change scheduled castes Quatas to quatas for poor or lower income group peaple Quata so that every indian has a equal right to post secondary education.
