Where does DELL, Hyderabad pick up the HR staff from and what are its HR policies. Today I attended the interview and there was a HR LADY who did not understand basic English and they dont know whom they want or what they want. If HR itself is THAT GREAT, I can imagine the quality of things inside. Its high time DELL, CEO looks into International location-Hyderabad HR vvv.closely!!!! I have completed my 1.Master of Geo. Information Technology from University of Melbourne, 2003[Australia] 2. Certificate 2 in Telecommunications (call centers) from Victoria University, Melbourne which suits Dell back office operations. All this while I was under the wrong impression that US is the only country which recognises qualified people and is a super power with a v.systematic life, only to hear that there are no career oppurtunities in Dell, Hyderabad: as told by th HR personnel herself. [She also told me that they would never promote me to Team Leader which I din't even ask for. I was wondering if my current employer,was using defaming tactics or is that the way American Organisations in India are?]
