If the Governmentof Pakistan and President Musharaf are sincere in fighting against terrorism, they should first dismantle the entire terrorists camps which exist there. Our Government has enough evidence to prove that such training capms do exist and the terrorist enter India through Nepal/Bangladesh. I personally feel that the present situation will continue for a long time. There is no solution to Kashmir issue. Both the Governments are aware of it. Pakistan will never like to see India emerging economically strong and prosperous nation. All President Mushraf is trying is to impress upon western powers particularly US that he and his nation is honest and sincere in fighting all sorts of International terrorism.
I don't think it's right on Musharraf's part to say that both sides have extremists. India has never been a land of punitive violence. We've been secular genetically.
If he is trying to refer to some organisations like RSS, Sena, etc. then we need to make it clear that the philosophy of these organisations is totally different from the Brutal and coward acts of Al-Qaeda, Hizbul, SIMI, etc.
It's important to clarify that Indian fundamentalists (if any) operate and self defence concept rather than intrusion. We believe in "Live and Let Live".
Hope Mr. Musharraf turns to pages in history and see how India has welcomed any community with Grace and Honour.
