Good work shishir, I fully and totally agree with you and so should our so called peace loving govenment. I think you made your message loud and clear that Mr. Prime minsiter making a statement "India won't kneel down to terrorism" is no more helping. Need to do act now, get the beasts out and treat them the way they treated these innocent people. When a bomb explodes it does'nt ask you cast color or relgion..how the hell can these shit heads say they fighting for there religion when they themselves killing there brothers. Enogh is enough, hoe many times and where else, our Redfort, Parliament, Commericial capital(Mumbai), Technology Hub (Banglore) nothing is safe any more. These terrorists have made mockery of Indian defence system which time again fails to stop this happening and of government who just sit appeased just making god damn statements to deliver there duty to poor people. I wish and pray, your voice is heard and so is of those innocent people and there families, i wish these selfish politicians understand the pain and aguish one has to go through when one losses there near ones.... Jai Hind
Wonderful indeed. No doubt on your writing skills, but what we need now are plans. Concrete and implementable plans. We need more NGO type autononous organizations or small groups for that matter whop can work collectively in resolving or at least attempting to resolve these issues. We all know by now what needs to be done, its high time now to do it. So, lets do it.
What are we waiting for?after the 9/11 attacks the american went for war inside an unknown kigdom and won over it,they destroyed everything on the enemy,it was a bomb for a bomb...what is india waitng for?another 7/11 in mumbai?what are the bombs they buy from usa and china and russia for?for agarbattis and rebuplic day display...i say...bomb for a bomb and 1 paki terrorist for every dead and ingury that has occured in mumbai!
1) Common man has to look into his own intrest,as politcians or concern goverment organisation are hardly botherd obout the citizens. 2) This politicians & goverment officials are only bothered about the vote bank, they are unlike Mahatma's,Baba Amte who really worked for the upbringing of the common man. 3)This politicians & goverment officials have shield of heavy secirity whether they work, travel or party, how can they feel the heat of the common man strugling for daily earning & now for the life . 4)We really need the people with the gut's, to deal with the situation,so as to stabilize the life.
I was going thru' the article by Mr. Sanjay Bhate. Found it quite interesting and true. It is indeed a pity that we Indian's have no teeth to bite the bullet. We have been made impotent.
Remove the control of the Politicians over the Police Force. Enable the Police to do their job instead of leaving them at the mercy and will of the politicians. Widespread corruption amongst the Police force backed by selfish and maligned politicians is crippling the Indian State. Only if we enable the Police force to act independantly and we will be able to see visible changes. Not only will this boost their morale but enable them to reinstate pride in their job.
After the blasts, I was really sad that leaders say that all mumbaikars are brave [ bahaduri] and they have started their usual business. I am sorry to say, it is not 'bahaduri' but "majbhuri". What do these people know about fear. They are guarded with Police and are safe. Face the fury and you will know. It is really a joke that these people appear always after the incident. Who wants your pep talk? Go and see the families who have lost their near and dears and the family bread earners. Lost all because of your petty politics of appeasing the minority community for vote and your position. You mean nothing to the suffering masses and they remain in the same dustbin where they were from the day they supported and till this day. Kudos to you.
\"The best method of preserving peace is to be prepared for war\" - George Washington-President of America. I fully endorse his views. Unless we are prepared and retaliate, we would always be \"soft\" targets and will be always bullied. Face them and crush them with such telling effect that they dare not raise their heads in India, why, anywhere in the world.
Article "India needs to be ruthless" simply echoes the mindset of common man and reflects the anger of the author against the political establishment. Unless or untill we follow the example of Israel, the way they tackle the terrorism, we, Indian Citizens will be at the the mercy of terrorists. Today Mumbai tommorow who? Before this this impotent cental and state CONGRESS governments has to do something tangilble or get out of the governence and who ever capabale of fighting the beasts at its den should be given the authority (even if its Military regime) to safegauard our Innocent Indian citizens.
Jai Hind and May soul be at rest for the departed Brothers of my nation.
