Wonderful indeed. No doubt on your writing skills, but what we need now are plans. Concrete and implementable plans. We need more NGO type autononous organizations or small groups for that matter whop can work collectively in resolving or at least attempting to resolve these issues. We all know by now what needs to be done, its high time now to do it. So, lets do it.
