Its really horrible and sad to know mumbai is target for terrorists for the past 12 years. But This is 4th Time its happpening in Mumbai. This is high time to revamp the POLICE department and conduct through investigation on the Railway security in India. As soon as it happened in Mumbai, NYPD, LAPD, Atlanta police and all the major cities are gearing up to protect their citizens. Why these things are not happening in India? We all know Mumbai is their Target. Why Railway police and other police departments are showing lack of commitment to protect their citizens. Human life has no value and no meaning in India.
