Police Comm. of Mumbai Roy along with Vilasrao Deshmukh and fianlly Manmohan Singh are equally gulilty for this act. Shame on you.

These guys aer nothing but 'Chair - Warmer' and burden on poor Indian Society. For what they salary and what exactly these shit people are doing. Throw them out of their office.
