It is foolish on his part to continue leading the opposition particularly when the saffron has in a way suspended him, and the silent majority eyes him with a lot of indelible suspicion.
You cannot just be an effective opposition leader.
The opposition (the ruling clan) will hardly take you seriously.
They will look at you just as if you were one of those jesters - the court jesters.
pm,sonia cannot be held resposible for the ommision and commission of governer of a state as the action is taken ultimately by the president. council of minister does the post-office job of forwarding the observation of governer who happens to be an appointee of the president. maximum it can be a slip on the part of the counsil of minister. it should be a non-issue now that it has ultimately ended in a fair election.
When Buta sent a biased report to Centre, the report should have been reassessed by the PM, and not hurriedly forwarded to Prez for fast track approval. Hence, PM and Sonia cannot absolve themselves from the wrong doing. If they have some sense of morality( which they preach others at the fall of a Hat), they should quit.
