When Buta sent a biased report to Centre, the report should have been reassessed by the PM, and not hurriedly forwarded to Prez for fast track approval. Hence, PM and Sonia cannot absolve themselves from the wrong doing. If they have some sense of morality( which they preach others at the fall of a Hat), they should quit.
By the way, who will be responsible forthe expenditure of about Rs.1000/ Crores spent on the Bihar Election, which could have been avoided by taking an Impartial Decision by the Duo.
