Phone tapping
by partha biswas on Jan 07, 2006 01:08 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Undoubtedly this is a serious matter. The frivolous approach of Ambika Soni,to say the least, exposes her total ignorance of what liberty means. In fact in ONE voice every person, politician or not, must DEMAND the truth behind this.Lately we have heard of 'Sting' operations.Someone should do so now,but without any preconceived notion or presumed involvement of one person or the other. What I cant understand is if Bhupinder Singh,or whatever his name be,is the receipent of the bribe amount, why cant he be riled to tell the truth? It should not ultimately happen "jis ka bhais usi ka danda" story.Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE in the improbable political liasions we have in our country. The truth MUST be dug out.

Who tapped Amar Singh's phone ?
by sumit kumar mazumder on Jan 07, 2006 12:52 PM  Permalink

I don't know, neither I care. Is he worthy of a person to waste such huge time both in print and visual media ? What is contribution except asking the pm through his cm " is it right to send IT notice to bb when he is unwell" Does his Govt checks with assesses ( ST and all ) wheather they are in sound health or not in hospital or not before sending notices ? So what is the fuss about ? They pay unusual amount of money to their MP for a dance performance. Whose money is it any way ?

I wonder what do they think of themselves ? I really wish a quick and fast end of era of people like them.

What else can we expect?
by Abhishek on Jan 07, 2006 12:24 PM  Permalink

Dear Mr. Shinoy,

U had always been a person to whom the youth in general has seen as an Idol. I agree with you in totality. What else we can expect from a system which has been curoopted right from the roots.

and by the way I don't see any reason that the so called AAM AADMI's Party Congress will ever accept the Bare facts ever right.

though I do have serious doubts about the tape conversation. As it has already been tapped the same must be made public also.

Rest be assured we live in India, so all this is my and common Indian's wishful thinking which will never come true and the truth will never come to fore.

Massive Narcissistic Personality Disorders
by Rashid Ahmed on Jan 07, 2006 12:12 PM  Permalink

IT's not just the politicians that have the over compulsive 'need' to control. It's most functionaries who have the slightest lick of being associated with pwer and the ability to control others. On a near daily basis there is excessive violence by the police and authority figures against common citizens - in the name of control - in most cases where there have always been less excessive means of restoring order.

The need to control flows through the political adgendas of nearly all the outfits with the motive to rule over the country. And, wire taps is hardly anything big; since political strength depends on having the strings available to create puppets out of every person in a partie's own ranks as well as those of other parties. The maniacal 'need' to control is what makes a police state. And it seems that this is where India is headed. The people of India, have never had control, since there has never been a choice available to the people to bring in a government that is qualified enough, nor the reliance on a effective executive body that is not corrupt, is responsible and professional. Who should have control? - citizens pay taxes, taxes pay for the government, govt serves.!

parliament incourging to expose mps for their imoral actvities in medea the termination of 11 mps on photograph shown in tv is live example ,acordingly some of private agency may be trying to tape these poltical leaders it is surprise to see reaction of these poltical leaders , why they are so scared ? are they involve in any immoral or anti national activities ,if not let the tape should come before public or making any alligation on any poltical party ,it appears that you are defending your misdeeds. atleast public should know what is the actual face of their leader and parliament should take action as they have done in 11 mps matter

Amar Singh.....May be Int'l conspiracy
by Himalayaputra on Jan 07, 2006 11:17 AM  Permalink

Namaste Mr. Shenoy,

We cannot rule out the possibility of International Consipracy in this age of Double Agents in the Intelligence fraternity, who has made a good business of info-trading. These cases cannot be resolved by any Judiciary due to the fact that the intelligence fool-proof or rather stealth-proof and high-handedness in the judiciary. 'Due to National Security'-this will stop all from proceedings.

Yes, Amar Singh is a true Indian who worries about his Wealth & India in a Win-Win situation. A lobbyist who should have been during Gandhiji' and would have been sure to be 1st PM of India or Pakistan(smart enough to get that)

Happy Reading
