This policy of reservation is illegal, the provision in the constitution was only for 50 years. It defies the right of equal opportunity. The students coming up from reservation are not fit and don't deserve what they are getting. I'm personal not a castist, i friends from all groups, but when I see my self working hard day and night and the other students smoking on cigars saying that they will get a seat in a good college if they just pass out. reservation is the reason talents are running out of the country. Reservation should be removed or if reservation has to stay then the remaining unreserved seats should be reserved to the GM. Today there are dalits living in three story buildings and GM living on the streets. both the groups have come to a balanced point. there is no reason for reservation to stay.
why r reserved seats students not taught by only reserved seats teachers and cured by those students who get reservation in medical colleges? what will a teacher with 45% marks teach to the students?
We must remove the Resrvation for the cast and Trib or for any one in the Indian society . We are doing Injustic to the Children of India who are Born under Open catagory and are average . They are asking the Government what is their fault that they are being denied the admission in either Education and in the Job , just because He or she is born under open catagory , just because his or her father is not of particular cast or trib,or not a so called minority group in the state. I fail to undestand how can a person be under minority if he is feom different state belonging to different relgion or talking different language in one India .In maharastra there are Minority colleges for each language speaking community other than Marathi's , and Maharastrians are denied admissions there. What Message Govt is giving by doing this injustice to our Children and having suffered from tthis why a child should be loyal to the country if country is going to do injustic to them. What ever is going on in the name of Reservation is a Big political Fraud and has to stop , or other wise days are not far that country will be devided and will be sold out to the foreigner who can may be rule batter than our own country man.
I can not see my chld being penalised , and the other child with lower marks getting admission in front of him even when financially he may be better of and under the umbrella of cast getting admission in the education system or the job reservations .

reservation of eduction policy is not good becase lot of talent fall down of sc st obc person government has allot 49% give reservation of sc st obc person so i want to remove the kota system in education so plz faver my side thank

reservation in india having 2500 years history. which means the brahmins had 100% reservation in the prest field, kshtriyas had 100% in the politics, vaishas had 100% in the trade field and shudras are agricultural labourers and ati-shudras are 100% having nothing. they dont have even dring of water in the public. caste system made then poor, and untouchable boz of this reason indian constitution proving reservation to sc/st/obc. think as a indian if in india poor and untouchable never become developed then there is no future for india my dear friend

Exactly my friend. all those years the lower class suffered, but now there is no lower and upper class, the then lower class did not suffer as much as the African Negros. No where on earth blacks are given reservation, but still Obama became the president of USA. that is real progress, and just by making things easy to one group and difficult to another, development cannot be achieved. Only hard work is the key to success not the freeway by scoring 45% and taking away opportunities of a merit holder.
why dont govt. reserve players in cricket team as SC/ST Let team win or lose but there should be reservations in cri team When govt. cant think of general category students then why not in cri team reservations should be only on basis of income only meritous students have right to study in IIT's & IIM's

dear friend pls can u answer my quetion why indian constitution providing resrvation? if reservation removed then again caste system will follow. dear friend all the upper caste ppl in the name of god they chieted the sc/st/obcs they never had any right no reading no writting no politics no economics even they cant ware new dress they should ware dress of a dead boby...... if these kinds are happend to them in history then now its our responsible to provide something to develope them. and who are getting seats in the college or universities they are not having 35% or 40% they are best among the sc/sts so there is no matter of countries developement pls think and answer to me

that is history dude, the new generation doesn't give a damn about casts. this reservation system is the one which is creating bias. how can there be a cast system when there is no cast certificate issued.
my friend tell me that reservation has occured. Is true or false? I have read some news about reservation on 15th July 2007. What is it. I think it is big wound in their mind who think that it is necessary for country development.
