Exactly my friend. all those years the lower class suffered, but now there is no lower and upper class, the then lower class did not suffer as much as the African Negros. No where on earth blacks are given reservation, but still Obama became the president of USA. that is real progress, and just by making things easy to one group and difficult to another, development cannot be achieved. Only hard work is the key to success not the freeway by scoring 45% and taking away opportunities of a merit holder.
