It is true we really do need to look into the culprits of the Godhra incident, it will give a better and stronger proof to condemn the senseless violence of that took place in Gujrat. Many people are confused or something as to why Gujrat massacre has become such a big thing, I think the answer is in the word "massacre", Godhra was simply horrible but more follow up on Gujrat issue clearly shows that Gujrat was 100 times worse. Evidence to the previous statement are the alienated communities of Gujrat today and the affect it has had on the minds of the kids. But knowing Indian Politics none of the cases will be investigated truly until the public strongly demands it. However these issues will be brought up again in the next election year, our politicians are amazing at dividing up neighbors for the sake of power they definitely have learnt much from colonizers of India before independence. Open mindedness and neutrality is definetely demanded by all at this point but again it should not be shady and hidden under our own biases, because that will not take us anywhere. Bottom line: the color of blood and the pain of loosing a loved one does not vary from people to people.
I think, from the very begenning things are not clear. Even from the recent judgement of Mumbai sessions court, which punished nine accused, two of them being Muslims itself. To an immature eyes and ears, it may look like giving justice to the victim's family, but than the court has slapped the victim herself and surprisingly, nothing has been even thought about Zaheera's accusation of the NGO she accused of coercing her. The absolving of NGO seems more like a pre-judged conclusion. This is not even remotely close to Jesica lal case, which took place in the daylight, in court compound, in front of many high profile people. The Best Bakery case looks more like an attempt by certain vested interest to transfer the remaining cases including the Godhara train case and somehow prove that the train burning was done purposely to instigate riots. This may look like a brilliant strategy to defeat Narendra mody in short run but in the longer run will leave a big scar on the unity of Indian citizens. The communist supported organizations have always captured power by destroying the social and cultural fabric of any nation they have ruled. Many God Bless peace upon our India.
It is natural to get a feedback like this one(as if finally some justice has been done to SO CALLED MINORITIES)from the media. But never heard anything like this for the people burnt alive in the SABARMATI EXPRESS.Never heard that the case of the GODHRA CARNAGE should be sppeded up & the culprits should be punished.Why should you do that?You probably don't even know the real & actual meaning of the term SECULARISM as per our Indian Constitution. You do a partiality like this out of Fear factor OR Money factor,it is a question to be asked by yourself to you. Anyways try & be neutral.
The police personnel wants to favour the politicians to get promotions and favoured posting so that they can get bribes and become rich. Two steps are to be taken: 1]Supreme Court should endorse strictures in the confidential character roll(service record) so that crrupt officers do not get promotion. 2] CBI should find out police officers having disproportional assets to their income.For this CBI shall have to be an independent agency.
