Please Keep this in mind that we are beleiver of True Religion Islam which is well defined by Allah.Allah has shown us right path that God is Only One i.e Allah (no one is worthy for worship except Allah). Singing of this song is biggest sin. Those who sing this will perform Shirk (will become Kaafir)
we all ask Allah to Forgive us if by mistake we did this Sin.
Aameen.

Vande Matram: Who will do the ''needful'' to get rid of Arjun Singh, Mulayam Singh, Imam Bukhari?
by Feroz on Sep 01, 2006 03:36 PM  Permalink

Jai Hind

Who will do the "needful" to get rid of Arjun Singh, Mulayam Singh, Imam Bukhari?

Rest all is talk. Just talk. This years various events clearly highlight that they are anti nationalist and the battle lines are drawn between the youth and these old goons.

Actually I am personally convinced that Vande AMtram is not a praise of any particular hindu godess as Imam bukhari made it out to be and media want it to be. Regardless, Pl. dont abuse muslims of the nation who believe in "vatan hai hindustan hamara" bcos thats exactly what politicians want!

Aakhir mein bas itna hee kahunga aaj ke nojwano ko kee
Khyali pulawo se naye raste nahi milte
raste kari mashaqat karne se bante hai

Vande Matram

Respect 'Vande Mataram'
by Anita Sharma on Sep 01, 2006 08:01 AM  Permalink

I am an NRI, born in UK, living in the USA .. someone who has been exposed to westernization but growing up with my Indian values.Yes, I would be glued to MTV channels while I was a teenager, eat Italian spagetti and chill with a coke . So what does Vande Mataram mean to me? Well honestly, it is the first patriotic song that was taught by my grandmother and even if I cant recollect the entire song, the tune haunts me. The song is the essence of the Indian freedom stuggle, the freedom that our generation takes up so casually. I might be living three quarters of my life abroad but that song reminds me who I really am. It reminds me that I am INDIAN!
Even 'Jaana Gaana Maana' doesnt evoke the passion that the mighty lyrics this song expresses.
We should honor the spirit of our ancestors who sacrified their lives and uplift this anthem no matter how those petty politicians or self-centered religious organizations pull it down.
Common Indians, stand up for your country and NOT FEAR!
Vande Mataram!

Wake up !
by S.K.Azharuddin on Aug 31, 2006 08:43 PM  Permalink

Wake up dudes, there are more imp.problems in this country than vande matarm. no body comes forward to stop the corruption, very few people help the poor... if one is a true Indian, then help the others, prevent corruption, make this country a better world... stop fighting within ourselves, if you have that much guts, stand against ccorruption, injustice...nobody knows how many of us (who have written their views here) are corrupted.. first try to look inside urselves.stop fighting over the songs..the freedom fighters have sung this song to survive together not that anyone can throw the others out of this country.stand against the injustice, respect the elders and teachers as well! Killing the teachers (as in Ujjain) is not the culture of India. ? If one wants to sing/ not sing vande matarm, it is his choice...if you people get excited after listening/singing vande mataram, then I get excited after listening/singing "saare jahan se acha HINDUSTAN hamara".. if vande mataram has deep meaning, then Saare jahan se acha also glorifies India. Dont forget how we used to live before Independenceits the politicians who divided us

Love the Place(Country) where u live.
by AIM on Aug 31, 2006 02:20 PM  Permalink

I love my country, and when time comes I will lay my life if required to protect it. This is what Islaam teaches us to do. Islam says, do not give the sense of worship to anybody but Allah(God, The Bramha, The Vishnu, The Maheshwara, these are the attributes of the creator). We can be pardoned of every sin if Allah Wishes, but Allah will never forgive us if we compare anything or anybody with him. This is the core of our Religion.

Coming to the National Song, we do not have any objection to just sing, but singing just from outside does not stir your emotion of patriotism, u have to sing it with heart, but when you do,we knew some verses compares a piece of earth with the creator of it.That we can't do.

Besides we do not need any song or slogan for patriotism, we already have the feel of it, and we got that thru islam(based on few u can judge all). I am not telling that other religion doesn't speak of patriotism, they do. But they too never compare a piece of land against the creator. Nowhere in the Vedas or Puranas it is written to worship an image, Idol or something which draw a picture of it in ur mind.
