Yes he should be given death penalty. If the punishment is death penalty, then there should be no reason for not giving it to him. Also the government should settle it diplomatically with the Portugese Government. A permission should be taken of that government before giving death penalty.
Monica Bedi, should also not be spared a legal punishment for whatever she is rightful, since she knew that he was accused in the Bombings but still went ahead with the ralationship. Whatever her circumstances must have been, but legal action has to be taken.

There should be no mercy for person who have no mercy towards human life. We kill animals which hunts/prey human and this person is no less than a man eater.
