Salem killed many people because he was a sadistic person. If we kill him can we able to give back the lifes of those who was killed by this man. and so far we have killed many by giving death sentences but that didnt prevented our people from abstaining cruality. Instead of giving death penalty we should lock him in a cell from where he would not have any contact with the outside world. He should be kept in lonelyness. that is the good sentence we can give to these sort of people. And one more thing there should not be any kind of underground work from any one on our side.
