I agree with your analogy of Mahabharata and Ramayana in terms of relations between India and Pakistan. Let me further add that there were no winners in Mahabharata war or Ramayana war and In Indian history Pakistan always existed in form of Kaurava or Gandhara or some other form. All main wars in the subcontinents were faught at one place Panipat or Kurkshetra.
Let us forget this 3000 years of oddesey and accept Pakistan as it is. For sake of masses in both countries. Advani, Bajpayee and others may be thinking on those lines.
Dear Sai, Why are you taking a middle line, like other Professional moderates do? Speak Straight, what you want to say, rather than invoking all quixotic, utopian ideas which you are trying to shed ostentatiously by giving it a religious justification and drawing out parallels as in Mahabharta. Don't worry People know that you are a Secular(Indian ishtyle), why to harp on that by writting this kind of an article
Mr. Saisuresh has clearly done his homework. Its very interesting to note that its absolutely necessary to accept the other person's (country's in this case) drawbacks, and he ours to go ahead with the peace process and find a compromise to ensure lasting peace in the subcontinent. It would be great to see both the countries to work together to reach greater heights. Kuods to Mr. Saisuresh.
