As explained in the article that Hyde Act is a national law of US and we never need bother is misunderstood and misinterpreted. Once it is there in that agreement or treaty whatsoever it may be, both the parties are bound and even I.C.J will uphold. It is better to get it deleted. Are there any arbitration clauses in this deal?

Dhakkan, Its not the Congress but the LEFT / BJP combine which are selling India to China and Pakistan. LEFT had sided with China during 1962 war and BJP with its minister excorting terrorists and now wanting us to depend upon oil passing through Pakistan (With no guarantee of disruption) Plus giving Pakistan a transit fees of 1 Billion dollars a year which they are going to increase every year by 20%. Now tell me who is selling away India?
it will never come again to form govt. banish small small regional parties.. they are blood and money suckers. they can do anything for money...leave alone trading out country with enemies.

You have clealy depicted the picture which is going on our parliamentary democracy. The permanent control over our strategic points by the US and its allies will make a serious concern in Indian's sovereignty and foreign policy.It is evident that the Nuclear deal will be controlled by Hyde act and US domestic laws-India has no act or laws to prevent the unwanted situations.Moreover, Govt has not given the facts to All Indians.

This is good; Just ask all the MPs who have voted in favour of the deal "what do they understand by the 123 Agreement or what is this all about". I am sure most of them will fail and nation will get many absurd answers. They understand only money and kursi... Hey Bhagwan mere DESH ko bachao....
all this hoopla is a product of "kursi ke deewane" politicians. they are like vultures waiting for an opportunity to strike. an ideal leader should not restrain even from a holocaust if it leads to a society's development.
