i m in india where corporate rules and the selfish pple who run them and the cricketers have been bought by these selfish corporates not the army and can u give me an answer wht have dese pple done for the army pple who do get killed and do not even get a news piece on tv. its morons like u who are supporting these selfish pple.

Well rightly said. Its his earned money and its his wish where he invest his money. Do some one advise you that where u should invest ur money?? n these stars surely would do some charity work to save their taxes. if country go in any trouble like war etc every one from bollywood to corporate helps the country. but it normal time no one cares.. even u wont..

what u want him to start indian hockey league?? he alone cant pick up hockey.. what he did in movie was enough from his side.. now will govt or other body will look into it..? and this starts from ur home. wud u like ur kid to give hockey or cricket bat to get popular.. ofcourse cricket bat.. so dont blame SRK for this..

Well i dont think yash chopra pay for the movie running.. the theatre where the movie is still running is near by colleage areas. and it has become a symbol of love for young couples who fall in love. so thats like the taj mahal place for mumbai where youngesters go and watch this romantic movie..

Yes and some three people watch it every day. Yash Chopra foots the bill for this lunacy wanting to enter the Guiness book. The whole media buys this nonsensical claim about DDLJ running for 12 years.
He takes up catgels for Hockey players in Chak De India and in public he gives the highest price to Cricket players. Is it not a double standard? He has fallen so down in the eyes of public and now even if does 6pack or 7 pack dance, or item number, the film is going to drains and flop.

The time will show if the movie will drain or wll be hit(its going to be super hit only b'coz of SRK song) A good business man will never invest money in indian hockey...SRK is not only a SUPERSTAR,he is also a smart businessman. CHAK DE WAS MOVIE,and CRICKET IS HIS BUSINESS,y r u mixing both of them.. Now you will tell if he did movie DON,then he shud be DON in real life...GO get yourself life dude,dont waste your time here..if you dont like SRK,y waste time reading and comment on this.

Its all about marketing gimmick... well heard about indian hockey league... but when it happened ... even the hockey board didnt market it... ICL and IPL are marketing it well... to support cricket only non playing 11 should be in these ICL and IPL then it promotes cricket in real sense nurtures gr8 talent... revealing side some indians have so much buck the povert can be eliminated

I think you are the most sensible person ot here. Most of the other guys are either jealous or big failures in life. I completely agree with you.
People who have not done charity or social work worth even a paise expect others to do some good work. Most often they forget to ask what they have done and always point fingers at what others are not doing.
Somehow have a feeling that these media portals like rediff dont give much importance to movies other then bollywood and in sports major coverage will be on cricket. i heard that a south indian movie got special jury award in berlin film festival, but there was no mention abt it. And to have posted this rediff has removed it by saying its an abuse.

what a moron u r. Not only in the movie, during promotion of movie also he spoke big words about promoting hockey and himself funding cricket ignoring hockey. he himself was a hockey player and this is what he is doing for hockey now.
suraj singh posted his view and u could have replied in other fair manner.

to remind all even after chak de release and being hit Hockey board has appointed Sunil Shetty as brand ambassador to promote hockey... on what grounds they know better... so if u were in sharuks place what will u do...?
