Its all about marketing gimmick... well heard about indian hockey league... but when it happened ... even the hockey board didnt market it... ICL and IPL are marketing it well... to support cricket only non playing 11 should be in these ICL and IPL then it promotes cricket in real sense nurtures gr8 talent... revealing side some indians have so much buck the povert can be eliminated
