'Old wine in a new bottle'thst what makers of don said but don ko banana mushkil hi nahi....... First thng first srk is srk,shouldn't step into someone shoes,especially when that someone is bib b or dilip saab.Second when the script is so predictable how u guyz r going to glue us to our seats.Thirdly if everyones knows wht happens next then please rork us with some gud songs...which was hardly there in 'don' and which was very much there in 'devdas.' The remake sucks.....now u guyz pls. return my 150 bucks.
hello! good film no doubt. good shots. Good background music ever (better then original) BUT where the film really had to start? Does kareena kapoor character is needed? What is Deepu doing in Malasia? as he was in Bombay how the hell Deepu got passport? When at times the plots are so much that the director who is also writer knows but he does not know how to make it known to audience. The first half an hour of film should be chopped in Editing table and still you will have don. I think the movie is good for generation who have not seen the original but for few who have seen both., Well Well Well Amitabh soul is there in this film and old classic is still masterpiece and lemme tell you don yah sholey ka remix banana mushkil he nehi namumkin hei
After watching the New DON I must say while SRK did his best but his romatic image is not allowing him to do complete justice with the charecter.When original was released AB was already established as angry young man and one of the reason behibd his success was his voice .The dialog like gyarah mulko... when SRK said it failed to create any impact ...same goes with khaike paan banaras..since SRK looks more urban and AB was born in UP so he was superb /natural in originl SRK failed here again and Kishore da song also helped the old DON..No doubt original is better ..we checked out the dvd of old don its sold out..so new don is helping the old DON!!!!!.
Not sure Farhan can say that its a tribute to Original Don....this is the worst movie of the year...had lot of expectations...end of the show...laughing aloud.
