If Jindal, Videocon can buy land directly form farmers why can't Tata do? Are they paying for the land they want to start industry? Are they favoring West Bengal common people or taking favor? Ratan Tata is talking about his competitors paying Mamta/ landless poor farmers of Singur to stop Nano, if this is true why don’t he have the guts to speak out the name of that Company, he is big enough with public money, he can spread some more money to buy more news media, more electronic media to operate a string operation against anti Tata nexus. The real story is that he wants best land, best location but not ready to pay for that. Rather he wants free land. Mr. Ratan Tata threatens to stop Nano project in West Bengal Okay good, is he ready to wide up all Tata business and offices out from Bengal? Is he ready to take away all products from the West Bengal market? He must be even ready to stop transporting his products even through West Bengal... I hope these he will not do. My friends actually this man can spent $12.9-billion for Corus acquisition but have no money to pay poor farmers their actual cost of land. He claims that Tatas are known for its good environmental and social practices I hope if this is true he will soon take initiative and talk directly to the poor farmers, pay them and buy their green land to make Nano for wealthy people

Tata should release the Deal they made with CPM. Instead of giving money to farmers (for expensive land of four times cropes) they put most likely put money into the pocket of CPM party leaders and party fund. If they are honest, they should made the deal public. Deal of public lands can not be private or secrete.

wht technical details are ut laking abt, NANO was designed at TATA Motors Pune plant, many of its negineers have left the company to join Volkaswgen, Fiat, GM and BENZ in Pune itself. Its not soem rocket science. BAJAJ-Renaut are also deisgning same vehicle. If you understand abt car plant , its basically assemblying the parts manufactured by the suppliers.

Well, the United States is behind this as they do not want the nano to roll out and increase the price of oil. They do not want the Indians to drive cars. So, they paid mamata bannerjee to create all that mess and stall the progress.

Fight for what? Where is your choice my dear friend? Please let me know, where is the future lies in WB? Can you tell me, if Mamata becomes the CM of WB, how she is going to change the landscape of WB from the present situation? Did she have a growth plan ahead for WB for the next 5 yrs, if she get in power? The answer is a big NO. Don't go by your heart, please think first and then answer me. Basically, people of WB doesn't have much choice, teh left party has already hold back 30 yrs of productivity of WB, which cannot be compensated at any cost. Niether the picture is going to change, if Trinamul is in power. The only exception is Budhadev, but he is in the wrong party. However, even it was impossible for Brian Lara too to change the fate to West Indies which has already lost their prime. WB politics is in big hole (the story may be valid for entire India) as well. We need a political and social revolution.
